  5. Pieces of potatoes and mushrooms fried with onions are laid out in equal amounts on the bottom of the pots. Top the ingredients with sauce.
  6. It remains to sprinkle the blanks with grated cheese and send to the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes.

You can cook the same julienne with chicken and mushrooms. In this case, along with potatoes, slices of boiled chicken are simply added to the bottom of the pot.

In a slow cooker

Components: a pound of champignons, onion, 120 g of cheese, a full glass of cream, 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons butter, a large spoon of white flour, a mixture of colored peppers, fine salt. How to cook julienne with mushrooms in a slow cooker is described below.

  2. Sour cream and salt are sent immediately to the pan. You can use any fragrant herbs. The mass is fried until the meat is ready.
  3. “Buns” are cut off at the buns, pulp is pulled out from the middle. Billets are filled with filling and sprinkled with plenty of grated cheese.

Such an unusual julienne with mushrooms and cheese is baked in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Smoked chicken

Ingredients: 440 g of champignons, 25 g of flour, 180 g of cheese (hard), half a glass of fat sour cream and the same amount of cream, 40 g of butter, onion, 380 g of smoked chicken breast.

  1. Pieces of mushrooms are fried until the released liquid evaporates from the pan. Then onion cubes are sent there, which are prepared until golden. The mass is tasteful; a breast torn to fibers is added to it.
  2. At this stage, flour is poured into the pan. After a couple of minutes, you can pour cream on the components, add sour cream. The dish languishes under the lid for another 10-12 minutes.
