The easiest, basic recipe for a dish consists of the following products:

  • kefir - 200 gr;
  • soda - ½ tea. l .;
  • eggs - 3;
  • salt, sugar - ½ tea. l .;
  • flour - 160 gr;
  • cabbage - 400 gr;
  • hard cheese - 100-150 gr;
  • fasting oil refin .;
  • oil drain. - 20 gr.

Boil a couple of eggs hard boiled, cool, clean.

Finely chop the cabbage, salt, squeeze lightly with your hands so that the juice stands out. Heat the oil in a pan, simmer the cabbage for a quarter of an hour. The escaped liquid from the cabbage needs to be drained so that the cake does not spread and is well baked.

Sauerkraut can be prepared on its own a few days before making the pie - it can be used not only as a filling, but also as a salad. For the pie, you need exactly the above amount of the component.

We’ll prepare the dough: mix the eggs with sugar and salt, carefully work out the whisk - the mass will foam a little and brighten. In a water bath, melt the butter, let it cool slightly, and pour it into the egg mass - hot butter can cause the egg product to clot.

Then we sift the flour, pour in the kefir, pour the baking powder. All mix well.

According to the following recipe, cabbage pie always turns out fragrant, tender and satisfying:

  • kefir / mayonnaise / sour cream - 300 gr;
  • margarine - 70 gr;
  • drain. oil - 50 gr;
  • soda - 10 gr;
  • eggs - 3 units;
  • premium flour - 1 ½ cup .;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • caraway seeds - 1 tea l .;
  • young forks of cabbage - 600 gr;

We clean the beam, finely chop and fry in a small amount of oil. We will prepare the main component, finely chop and stew together with the onion until soft, adding salt and spices to taste.

  2. Mix the dough.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the filling.
  4. The multicooker bowl is lightly coated with oil, pour half the dough, spread out the filling and fill with the rest of the dough.
  5. Select the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes. Next, using a steam cooker, take out the cake.

Quick jellied cake takes only 15-20 minutes of preparation.

The recipe is as follows:

  • kefir - 300 gr;
  • 2 stack flour;
  • 2 eggs for the dough and the same for the filling;
  • ½ tea l soda;
  • 200 grams of cabbage;
  • 50 gr drain. oils;
  • ½ tea l salts;
  • a pinch of nutmeg.

Melt butter in a pan with high sides. Meanwhile, chop the cabbage, having previously removed the top sheets and rinsed it. We shift to the oil, add salt, spices and simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes, then remove the lid, mix and simmer for a few more minutes so that the liquid evaporates a little.
