Jellied pie with kefir cabbage

To prepare the fillet pie with cabbage on kefir, you will need the following ingredients:

  • kefir - 300 ml;
  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • white cabbage - 200 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • soda - ½h. spoons;
  • drain. oil - 50 g;
  • salt;
  • spice.

Cabbage is finely chopped and stewed in a pan with oil. Beat the kefir dough and the remaining ingredients. The finished filling is laid out on the greased bottom of the mold, the cooked dough is poured on top. Cooking is carried out in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. The degree of readiness is monitored visually. When the cake is covered with a golden crust, it can be taken out and served.

With canned fish in a slow cooker

To make jellied pie on kefir with canned fish, almost any kind of fish is suitable. The main thing is that it should not be too fat, otherwise the dough will not be baked.

What is needed:

  • kefir - 250 ml;
  • chicken eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • canned fish - 1 can;
  • mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • onions - 1 pc.

In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs, mayonnaise and kefir. Later added flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. All this is mixed to a state of homogeneous mass.

Let's get stuffed. Opens a can of canned food. All liquid must be drained from it. The fish is kneaded with a fork and mixed with finely chopped onions. Boil the remaining eggs, cut them into cubes and also mix gently with the filling.

A delicious quick apple-tart pie is perfect as a dessert.

To prepare it you will need:

  • apples - 3 pcs.;
  • flour - 250 g;
  • kefir - 300 ml;
  • drain. oil - 50 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • soda - ½ teaspoon;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin;
  • salt.

First of all, you need to put the oven to warm up, because the process of kneading the dough does not take you much time. The flour is mixed with soda and salt, after which it is sieved so that no unnecessary impurities remain in it.

Kefir, sugar, vanilla and eggs are poured into a bowl. Everything is thoroughly whipped. Next comes the melted butter, and the mixture is driven in again. The flour portion is added. The dough is divided into two parts. The first is poured into a greased baking dish.

Apples are peeled and cut into small slices, after which they are stacked on top of the dough and sprinkled with cinnamon. Fill the rest and align along the edges so that they are closed. Bake for 40 minutes, after which we check readiness with a toothpick.

With chicken in the oven

What is needed:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g;
  • kefir - 0.5 l;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 350 g;
  • soda - ½ teaspoon;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • salt;
  • rast. oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • onions - 200 g.

First of all, you need to do the preparation of the filling. Onions finely chopped and fried with oil in a pan. At the same time, the chicken breast is cooked, after which it is cut into small cubes and added to the onion. The chicken should be a little stewed. Turn off the stove, sprinkle the filling with herbs, mix and remove.

Now it's the turn of the test. Soda is poured into a bowl of kefir and aged for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, eggs are beaten together with sugar and salt, after which they combine with kefir. Next comes the sifted flour. Knead the dough.

What is needed:

  • drain. oil - 100 g;
  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • soda - 1 teaspoon;
  • vanillin - 1 teaspoon;
  • cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • any berries - 100 g;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • starch - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Kefir is mixed with soda and left for 10 minutes. Then, when it foams, eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla, melted butter are added there. If necessary, you can pour more flour until the desired consistency is obtained.

Let's prepare the filling. Cottage cheese, egg and sugar are mixed using a submersible blender to a homogeneous state. Add the prepared berries there, mix and we can assume that the filling is ready.

  • soda - ½ teaspoon;

Kefir is mixed with sugar and soda and stands for half an hour in a warm place until bubbles form. This is necessary so that the soda is extinguished, and the dough becomes tender. At this time, it is advisable to prepare the filling. Rinse and peel the potatoes. After that, we transfer it to the pan, fill it with cool water, salt and start cooking until it is ready.

While the potatoes are cooling, finely chop the onion and fry a little in a pan. Greens are also cut. The potato is mashed to a puree state, mixed with onions and herbs. We put the oven to 180 degrees.

Back to the dough kneading. Add eggs and salt to kefir, beat. Pour a little flour into the dough, which must be sieved in advance so that there are no unnecessary impurities.   • kefir - 300 ml;

  • greenery;
  • salt - ½ teaspoon;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • spice.

Eggs, salt and kefir are mixed in a deep bowl and beat for some time with a mixer. Then, flour mixed with baking powder is poured there. We start kneading the dough and make sure that no lumps form.

Onion is chopped finely, mixed with prepared fried minced meat. You can add spices. The mold is oiled. One part of the dough is poured into it, minced meat is put and sprinkled with grated cheese. The last layer is the remaining dough. Bake an hour at a temperature of 200 degrees.
