  7. In a low saucepan, heat the refined vegetable oil well.
  8. We carefully lay the balls with a slotted spoon in small portions so that they float in fat and do not touch each other. We stir while supporting the balls all the time on the surface of the oil.

As soon as they are lightly browned, they can be laid out on a plate and served immediately. If too fatty foods are contraindicated for you, you can dry them on a napkin for a couple of minutes to leave the excess fat.

Sharp wings for beer

To make the dish spicy and well saturated with spices, the wings are pre-marinated. They can be eaten both hot and cold, with any sauce, as well as with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings - 0.5 kg;
  • soy sauce - 0.5 cups;
  • garlic - three cloves;
  • hot ground pepper - a quarter of a teaspoon;
  • ground ginger - a quarter of a teaspoon;
  • French mustard - 2 tablespoons.

How to cook:

  1. In washed wings, we cut off the extreme part and cut them along the joint.
  2. We mix soy sauce, pepper, garlic, ginger passed through a press and season it all with mustard. If you liked the marinade, fill them with prepared wings.
  3. We stand 2 hours in the refrigerator, not forgetting to mix.
