  4. Roll the dough into a cake of 6 - 7 mm thick, put the butter in the center, wrap it in an envelope and roll it out again in the same way.
  5. Repeat the procedure approximately 10 times.

The more layers in the dough, the more layers will be in the finished baking. Great pies, pasties, pizza will be made from puff pastry.

  2. Put butter in the center of the flat cake rolled out of dough, wrap it in an envelope and roll it into a cake no thicker than 6 - 7 mm.
  3. Repeat the procedure another 7 to 8 times.
  4. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater, if you wish, you can mix it with chopped garlic.
