Fried eggs are a common and beloved type of breakfast. The dish is prepared very quickly, it saturates well, and if the eggs are supplemented with any vegetables, herbs and spices, the classic breakfast will sparkle with new taste shades. One common improvement in regular fried eggs is scrambled eggs with tomatoes. We offer several recipes.

Classic recipe for fried eggs with tomatoes

The simplest scrambled eggs with tomatoes is prepared from a small set of ingredients and spices.

You can add spices to taste or use the composition given in the recipe:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 medium ripe tomato;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • slightly ground pepper;
  • any frying oil;
  • a pinch of dry ground garlic (optional).

First, prepare the tomato, remove the green stem residue, cut with a medium cube and send it to the heated oil. Fry for three minutes, stirring. It is recommended to cover with a lid so that the vegetable softens well and all the juice does not have time to evaporate quickly.

The next step is to break the eggs on top of the tomatoes, salt and sprinkle with spices. If you need to save a liquid yolk - fry for 2-4 minutes, slightly covering it with a lid. If you like a frozen yolk - cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

On a note. It is recommended to break each egg before cooking in a separate glass or bowl. If a spoiled product comes across, it will be noticeable and the dish will not spoil.

With onion

The onion adds some piquancy to the taste of regular fried eggs with tomatoes.

Fried eggs with tomatoes and onions are prepared according to the following recipe:

  • small onion - 1 unit;
  • middle red tomatoes - 2 units;
  • eggs of category C1 - 3 units;
  • a spoonful of oil;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

First of all, you need to prepare the vegetables: wash, peel the onion and cut into a cubic size of 5 by 5 mm, send it to be passaged in oil for 2-3 minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes. Continue cooking, stirring, for another 5 minutes. At the end, beat the eggs so that they cover the vegetables, salt, pepper, bring to readiness.

Hearty scrambled eggs with tomatoes and chicken

If you like a more substantial breakfast than simple fried eggs, we recommend you try the following recipe:

  • 3 eggs are large;
  • 1 medium tomato;
  • 200 gr chicken fillet;
  • 30 gr. oils;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a little pepper;
  • a pinch of paprika;
  • clove of garlic.

Finely three garlic, fry for a couple of minutes. During this time, we prepare the chicken - it can be boiled in advance, then skip this step. If raw meat is used, cut into small cubes and fry with garlic for 7-10 minutes, stirring so that the cubes are browned on all sides.

Next, add the washed, diced tomato. Cooking another five minutes.

We beat the eggs in a separate bowl, add spices, beat with a fork, fill the contents of the pan. Cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes. Before serving, you can sprinkle with chopped green onions.

On a note. Tomatoes are best to use pink or bright red. It is important that they are juicy - then breakfast will definitely be very tasty!

With cheese

Tender and fragrant scrambled eggs are obtained precisely thanks to cheese. Cheese can be used as hard, easy-to-rub, and soft grades.

Products used are as follows:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 juicy tomato;
  • a spoonful of any oil;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a little pepper;
  • 50 grams of fresh dill;
  • 50 gr hard cheese;
  • 30 grams of processed cheese (as for cheese soup).

Divide the tomato into several slices, fry. Break eggs on top, let “grab” a little, sprinkle with chopped dill, salt and pepper. Rub over with cheese cakes. Cook under the lid for 5-7 minutes. It is recommended to serve with a couple of toasts.

On a note. Fried eggs with not frozen yolks are much tastier to serve with toasted toasts. For taste, you can grate them with a clove of garlic.

How to cook in a slow cooker

In the slow cooker you can cook not only complex dishes, but also quick fried eggs for breakfast or a light snack.

It is prepared very simply:

  • 2 tomato varieties such as cream or drop;
  • 2 eggs C1;
  • salt pepper;
  • oil.

Pour a spoonful of oil into the multicooker and turn on the “Preheat” mode for 5 minutes. While the oil is warming, wash the tomatoes, cut into a cube. When the heating is over, put the vegetable in oil, activate the "Stew" or "Fry" program for 5 minutes, cover with a lid. As soon as the time is over, we drive in the eggs, salt and pepper, set the time for another 15 minutes.

In Georgian

Fans of spicy dishes will like scrambled eggs cooked in Georgian traditions - with many spices and, of course, with a portion of a small pinworm.

  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • 3 eggs;
  • small onions;
  • 50 grams of fresh cilantro;
  • the spoon is small;
  • a pair of pinch hops-suneli;
  • a little salt;
  • red pepper on the tip of a knife;
  • a pair of green onion feathers;
  • 2 garlic cloves.

First chop the peeled onions and chop the garlic. Fry in hot oil for about three minutes. As soon as you feel a delicious onion-garlic smell, we attach tomatoes cut into a cube to them and cook everything together until there is a lot of juice and the tomato becomes very soft. Chop the cilantro, add, lightly salt, pour half the spices, stir. Break the eggs on top, salt again and sprinkle with the remaining spices. Chop the onion feathers and sprinkle on top. Cover with a lid for a couple of minutes, then serve.

On a note. If you fry in butter or ghee, the dish will turn out more aromatic and tender.

Original shrimp

If you have never tried to cook scrambled eggs for guests, this option will help surprise and deliciously feed your friends.

  • peeled shrimps - 400 gr;
  • juicy tomatoes - 2 fruits;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • eggs - 4 units;
  • soft cheese - 30 gr;
  • garlic - a pair of cloves;
  • rosemary - a pinch to give a tinted taste.

First, chop and fry the onion, after a few minutes we spread the cubes of tomatoes and finely chopped garlic and rosemary, salt. Stirring, cook for about ten minutes.

Drive eggs so that they completely cover the vegetables. We pierce the yolks so that they spread. We wait until the eggs are completely “seized”.

We spread the washed shrimp and distribute it throughout the scrambled eggs. Cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes. Overwhelmed with cheese, cover for another couple of minutes to melt the cheese.

When serving, you can decorate with chopped fresh herbs - just use a couple of twigs.

On a note. Fresh herbs can be added both during cooking and as a decoration for a dish. Fried eggs goes well with dill and green onions.

With tomatoes and bacon

Many are familiar with scrambled eggs with tomatoes and sausage. This is an option of no less fragrant and hearty breakfast, but with the addition of bacon.

  • 2-3 eggs;
  • 2 cherry tomatoes;
  • 100 grams of bacon;
  • pepper, paprika, salt, turmeric;
  • oil.

Rinse the cherry, cut into quarters, chop the bacon with a medium straw. First, fry the bacon so that a light crust appears on the strips, then add the cherry, stir with a spatula and pour eggs in a couple of minutes. Top the fried eggs with a little salt and season - use a small pinch of each spice. Serve with sweet and sour, garlic or soy sauce, homemade wheat crackers.
