First of all, you need to preheat your oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. On a baking sheet or in a baking dish, a piece of butter is melted, which should completely lubricate the bottom so that the scrambled eggs do not stick or burn out during cooking.

Eggs break into shape. You can take 2 forms and, accordingly, break a pair of eggs into each, to get two servings of fried eggs.
