  • water - 125 ml;

Sequencing:

  1. Chop onion rings, pepper and tomatoes - in cubes, meat - in pieces. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Heat oil and sauté onion with garlic.
  3. Combine the flour with paprika, salt and pepper in a transparent plastic bag, send pieces of meat to the same place and shake it well. This convenient and quick method of breading can be used in the cooking process and other dishes.
