The diet of the third week involves the use of products from the list at any time of the day without dividing into specific meals:

  • Monday: allowable fruits;
  • Tuesday: fresh and boiled root crops;

Starting from the 3rd week of the diet, it is permissible to introduce multicomponent dishes into the diet. The following can be prepared from the permitted ingredients.

Structure:

  • 4 raw eggs;
  • 8 champignons;
  • 8 cherry tomatoes;
  • half onions;
  • 50 g of boiled chicken;
