  5. The cooled solution is diluted with water to a volume of 5 liters.
  6. Pour apples with cooled brine, set oppression.

 

Throughout the week, you must constantly monitor the process, periodically topping the marinade so that the apples do not dry out. After 7 days, remove the container in a cool place for 1.5 months.

A simple recipe for soaked apples in a bucket of honey

You can wet apples at home with the addition of honey, such fruits are incredibly tasty and sweet. Such a treat is very loved by both children and adults.

 

To prepare you need to prepare:

  • ripe and sweet apples - 1 bucket;
  • natural honey - 500 g;
  • boiled water - 6 liters;
  • table salt - 2.5 tbsp. spoons.

Next, you need to perform the following steps:

  1. Wash the enameled bucket well, put whole apples in it, but not very tight so that they do not crumple.
  2. Honey, salt are added to warm water, everything is thoroughly kneaded so that the components completely dissolve.
  3. The completely cooled marinade is poured to the fruit so that the fruits are completely immersed in it.

  5. Leave the container to ferment for 2-3 weeks.

Cooking with mustard

  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • salt - ½ cup;
  • mustard - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • natural honey - 2 tbsp. spoons.

  1. The bottom of the bucket is covered with currant leaves.
  2. Spread a layer of fruit, on them - currant leaves again, thus filling the entire container.

  • apples, preferably Antonovka varieties - 3 kg;
  • white cabbage - 3 kg;
  • carrots - 3 medium root vegetables;

  • granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Step-by-step manufacturing process:

  1. The fruit is picked, washed and dried.
  2. Cabbage is cut into strips.
  3. Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
  4. The vegetables are mixed, salt and granulated sugar are added, and then wrinkled with your hands to make juice stand out from them.
  5. In a container prepared for urination, apples are layered in layers, and then vegetables.
  6. At available intervals lay cabbage with carrots.

At the very end, you need to put some kind of load on the apples, leave the container for 7-9 days in a room where the temperature is maintained at least 14 degrees. After this time, the container is placed in a cooler place.

Option with rye flour

Incredibly tasty are apples soaked in a bucket for the winter with the addition of rye flour. To prepare fruits with a delicate, pleasant aftertaste and aroma you will need:

  • apples - 10 kg;
  • water - 10 l;
  • granulated sugar - 1 cup;
  • rye flour - 1 cup;
  • table salt - 130 g;
  • currant leaves;
  • favorite spicy herbs.

The cooking process is carried out in the following sequence:

  1. The fruit is thoroughly washed and dried.
  2. A bucket in which the fruits will be fermented, poured with boiling water, wiped dry and laid out on the bottom currant leaves.
  3. Next, a layer of apples is tightly laid, and on them again - a layer of leaves, according to this scheme, the entire container is laid.
  4. The last layer is laid spices.
  5. Prepare the brine: for this you need to boil the water, add all the components to it, mix everything thoroughly and let the marinade cool down a little.
  6. The liquid is poured into a container with apples, they must be completely covered with brine.
  7. They press the fruits of oppression and remove the container into a dark place.
  8. After 7 days, it is necessary to rearrange the container with soaked apples in a cool room, the cellar is best for this.

Soak the fruit for 45 days, after which you can taste the delicious and aromatic soaked fruits.

How to make in a plastic bucket

A plastic bucket can also be used to wet apples, moreover, the taste of such fruits will be no worse than those that are aged in an enameled or wooden container. In addition, such dishes are perfectly washed and do not corrode.

 

To cook these wonderful apples, you will need:

  • sweet apple variety - 5 kg;
  • water - 2.5 l;
  • salt - 100 g;
  • granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • currant and cherry leaves.

If everything is prepared, then you can start the manufacturing process:

  1. Plastic containers are thoroughly washed and rinsed with boiling water.
  2. First, the leaves are laid in a thin layer, then the apples, but in such a way that the stalk looks up.
  3. Again - leaves, apples, and so on, until the container is completely full, the last layer is the leaves.
  4. Pour the fruit with a solution prepared from salt, granulated sugar and pure water.
  5. The fruits are covered with a flat plate on which the load is set.

The apples are kept in this position for 4 days, periodically removing the foam formed on the surface, then they close the bucket with a lid and put it in the cellar for 40-50 days. After time, you can try the fruit harvest.

Soaked apples for the winter according to an old recipe

In the old days apples were soaked in straw, due to which the fruits acquired an original and incomparable taste.

For this recipe you need to prepare:

  • straw - 1 bunch;
  • table salt - 10 g;
  • apples - 10 kg;
  • boiling water - 1 l;
  • rye malt - 2 glasses;
  • mustard powder - 7 g.

If everything is prepared, then proceed to the soaking of fruits:

  1. Apples are sorted, all worms and wrinkles are removed, after which they are thoroughly washed.
  2. The bottom of the container is covered with straw, apples are laid on top.
  3. Mustard, malt, salt are poured into boiling water, after which everything is thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous consistency.
  4. After the brine has cooled, pour fruit into it.
  5. Cover the container with clean gauze and set the load.

Clean the container in a cool room for 55 days, after which you can taste delicious soaked apples.
