  3. Open the lid and allow the workpiece to boil for some more time so that excess moisture comes out. Then rub the mashed potatoes through a sieve to separate the peel of the seeds and other meal. Mix the resulting puree with sugar.
  4. Cover the baking sheet with parchment or foil, which must be slightly greased with vegetable oil. After that, put applesauce on it with a 5 mm layer.
  5. Then dry the pastille in the oven at 70-100 degrees with the door ajar or in convection mode for about 6-8 hours. The finished product will become hard and will have a glossy surface.
  6. Carefully remove baking paper from the pastille and then store it in a bag in the refrigerator, folded into a neat roll.

Cooking in a slow cooker

  • 2000 g of apples;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • cinnamon to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel the washed fruit, cut the seed boxes, and turn the resulting pulp into mashed potatoes using a blender. In its absence, you can just grate the apples on a fine grater, but in this case, the finished marshmallow will not be so plastic.
  2. In raw apple puree add sugar and some cinnamon as desired. Immediately place the resulting mass on paper-covered pallets of the electric dryer with a layer of no more than 0.5 cm. Dry for 6-9 hours, remembering to periodically change the pallets.

  • 2000 g of apples;
  • 100 g of white crystalline sugar;
  • 1 egg white
  • some powdered sugar to sprinkle.

But if you prepare a pastille from apples and nuts, then cut into small cubes and roll them in icing sugar, then the treat will turn into useful homemade sweets that should be stored in a dry place in a tightly closed container.

For apple-nut candy in powdered sugar you will need:

  • 1000 g of apples;
  • 200 g of any nuts;
  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 20 ml of lemon juice;
  • 8 g of vanilla sugar;
  • icing sugar for boning.

Working process:

  1. Peel apples and seeds, sprinkle with lemon juice and bake in the oven until soft. Then turn baked fruits into a homogeneous homogeneous puree.
  2. Slightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, remove the husks and chop to a crumb with a small amount of pieces.
  3. Combine applesauce, chopped nuts, both types of sugar together. Stir the mass and distribute on a baking sheet with a layer of 5-10 mm.

Since apple-honey pastille will require a sufficient amount of honey (its ratio to applesauce is 1: 2), it is better to prepare such a dessert in small portions, drying in small molds, for example, for baking muffins.

Amount of ingredients used:

  • 500 ml of prepared applesauce;
  • 250 ml of liquid honey.

Cooking Technology:

  1. Bake washed and halved apples in the oven until cooked, then mashed with a blender and separate from the cake by passing through a sieve. Measure the cooled apple puree in the amount required by the recipe and beat with a mixer until splendor and increase in volume.
