Cooking process:

  1. Go through the berries, remove the rotten, green fruits and branches, rinse well under cool water.
  2. Put spices, sugar, pour water into the pan, wait until the contents begin to boil, setting a weak heating level. Continue to boil for about 10 minutes, after which the mixture must be filtered with gauze.
  3. Pour the berries with the cooked spicy syrup and let stand for 8 hours, then cook for 10 minutes over medium heat and cool again for eight hours.

  • about 60 grams of almond;
  • a pound of sugar;
  • kilogram of seedless grapes;

  1. We prepare the fruit of the grapes, sort it out, wash it, fill it with the indicated amount of sugar and fill it with water.
  2. Bring the mass to a boil and cook over low heat for about 45 minutes.
  3. After this time, pour in the lemon juice and put the almonds, continue to keep on fire for another five minutes. In addition to the usual jam, from delicious berries you can make jam, which is easy to spread on toasts or use for baking cakes and pies. Take only seasonal grapes, preferably wild varieties.

Required Products:

  • about 100 milliliters of lemon juice;
  • sugar kilogram;
  • 20 grams of lemon peel;
  • about two kilograms of grapes, such as Isabella.

Cooking process:

  1. This process is not the fastest. After the grapes are washed and peeled, it will have to be squeezed out, that is, freed from the skins and seeds, because jam requires only the fleshy part of the berry.
  2. All the peeled fruits are sent to the stove, wait until the contents boil, and cook for about five minutes under the lid over medium heat. Look at the mass, you may have to add some water, but there should be enough juice.
  3. The mass that turned out is filtered to get rid of the seeds, but if you have a variety without them, then you can skip this step and follow on.
  4. Pour the lemon juice into the grapes, add the zest and sugar, mix, wait until the process boils again and cook for 20 minutes over low heat, controlling that nothing burns. To check readiness, just take a little jam with a cold spoon.
