  • 700 g of frozen berries;
  • 3 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1 tbsp. cranberry or orange juice;
  • 1 tbsp. water;

  • sugar - 2 kg.

Cooking:

  2. In cranberries add ½ tbsp.water, boil for 20 minutes, and then grind with a blender.
  3. Rub the crushed berries through a sieve to make mashed potatoes.

  5. While the syrup is being boiled, the nuts should be chopped. Do it better with a knife.
  6. Mix syrup and cranberries, add apples and nuts.
  7. Boil for 1 hour, stirring all the time. Roll up in prepared jars.
