Ingredients:

For the preparation of the discussed goodies, only ripe bananas are suitable. You can’t make tasty jam from green fruits.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the fruit. Remove all black blotches.
  2. Cut the bananas into pieces, treat them with a potato masher to turn them into a dense, homogeneous mass.
  3. Pour water into a convenient container. Dissolve the remaining loose components in it.
  4. Send liquid to the stove. When all the crystals in it dissolve, add fruit puree.
  5. Cook the banana jam over low heat for about 80 to 90 minutes.

Spread the cooled delicacy on prepared jars of any volume.

With lemon

Ingredients:

  • bananas - 3 pcs.;
  • a small lemon - ½ pcs.;
  • granulated sugar - 80 - 120 g;
  • pure water - ½ tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. Squeeze juice from half of citrus. Strain it so that even the smallest bones do not fall into the base of the dessert. For jam, only 2 teaspoons of fresh juice will be used, the rest of its amount can be left for other purposes.
  2. Remove the remaining fruit from the peel.
  3. Send all sugar to the cauldron. Pour it with liquid ingredients. The exact amount of sand used is determined by the taste of the hostess herself.
  4. Cook until sweet crystals dissolve. In the process, stir constantly with a wooden spoon / spatula.
  5. After dissolving the sweet sand, you need to boil the syrup. Next, reduce the heat and simmer for another 4 minutes.
  6. When the mixture in the cauldron becomes a golden hue, the syrup is completely ready.
  7. Cut and peeled bananas in any convenient way.
  8. Send the fruit mass into boiling syrup. Bring the mixture to a boil again and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  9. Remove the jam from the heat, cool slightly, then send to the cold for 70 - 80 minutes.
  10. Again, return the mass to the stove, cook 5-6 minutes after boiling and cool for a little less than an hour.

Tasty winter harvest

Ingredients:

  • boiling water - 1/3 st .;
  • granulated sugar - 1 full glass;
  • bananas (ripe) - 3 fruits.

  • water - 800 ml;

  • bananas - 320 - 350 g.

Cooking:

  1. Remove all peels from all declared fruits. If necessary, cut the core.
  2. Cut the flesh into tiny pieces (about the same size).
  3. Mix everything, add water and send to the cauldron to cook on a very slow fire.
  4. Daily simmer future jam with minimal heat for 70 minutes. Then cool and repeat the procedure 3 more times.
  5. Cook the sweet in this way for 3 days.

Kiwi and banana jam will be completely ready when it becomes a deep dark color.

Ingredients:

  • bananas - 1 kilo;
  • small lemons - 2 pcs.;
  • apples - 2 pcs. (sweet and sour);
  • granulated sugar - 580 - 600 g;
  • purified water - 370 ml.

  1. Send sliced ​​peeled bananas and apples to the food processor. Add juice from all lemons there. The resulting fresh must be filtered from seeds.

  • sugar - 420 - 450 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 2 pinches.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the beautiful yellow banana skins thoroughly with a brush. Cut them into small strips. Be sure to remove the ponytails.
  2. Pour blanks with water for 1 hour. Drain the water. Pour in new fluid.
  3. Send the skins with water to the stove. Cook for a quarter of an hour, then cool.
  4. Repeat the procedure two more times.
  5. Separately, boil the syrup from orange fresh, water, sugar and all other additives.
  6. When it begins to thicken, put already soft skins in the syrup.

After boiling, cook the mass for another 20 - 25 minutes.

Banana jam with oranges

Ingredients:

  • bananas - 2 kilos;
  • sugar - 1.5 - 1.7 kg;
  • oranges - 2 pounds.

Cooking:

  1. Peel fruits, cut into circles. Remove the seeds from the orange slices.
  2. Put everything in a small enameled bowl. Most citrus slices should be below.
  3. Cover everything with sugar. Simmer until simmering.
  4. Then mix the ingredients and simmer for 40 - 45 minutes.
