  2. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire.
  3. Pour potatoes and a whole onion head, chopped crosswise, into boiling water. Boil the vegetables for 15 minutes over medium heat, removing the foam. Add salt.
  4. Add carrots to boiling water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Peel the tomato and finely chop it into cubes or grate it. Send it to boil in a pot for other vegetables for 10 minutes.
  6. Drain the water from the can of canned fish and remove the ridges so that only the flesh remains. It is advisable to keep pieces of meat intact, so they will be better felt in the soup. Send them to pots and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add bay leaf and ground peas to the yushka.

  5. Chop the onion into small cubes.
  6. Rinse and soak in water.
  7. Fry the onion in a hot oil pan until golden brown. Add carrots and bring it to a slightly brown color, stirring constantly.
  8. Open a jar of mackerel and put the pieces on a plate.
  9. Pour potatoes and rice into boiling water. Stir everything and bring to a boil. After boiling, salt and boil until the potatoes become soft.

  • canned fish - 1 can;

  • rice groats - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • medium onion - 1 head;
  • small carrot - 1 pc.;
  • water - 2 l;
  • spices: bay leaf and ground allspice;
  • fresh greens of dill and parsley - 3 branches;
  • salt - 1 tsp. without a slide.

Cook the ear as follows:

  1. Peel and wash the vegetables thoroughly. Grind carrots with a grater, and chop the onion into cubes.
  2. Cut potatoes into medium-sized cubes, the side of which is approximately 0.7 cm. Pour them with cold water so that they do not darken.
  3. Open a tin can and pour the contents onto a deep plate. In the ear, we will lay the fish with the yushka, so you do not need to drain it. We divide the fish slices with a knife into several parts, but do not cut them.
  4. We wash the rice groats under a thin stream of water until transparent. Leave for a while, allowing excess water to settle and drain.
  5. Sprouts of dill with parsley should be washed and finely chopped. It is better to add only dill to the dish, so that the aroma is like a real fish soup.
  6. We put a pot with cold water and a closed lid on a strong fire. As soon as it boils we add a canned egg and washed rice. We stir the broth and leave to simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Preparing the ear like this:

  1. Fill the pot with water and put on fire.
  2. Peel the potatoes, rinse well and cut into cubes or cubes.
