Simple and delicious cheesecake in a slow cooker

The components of a simple curd pie:

  2. Combine margarine, sugar and soda in one bowl. Do not forget about the flour - to begin with pour half the required amount of product. Knead thoroughly with your hands - the dough should look like moist crumb, evenly soaked in butter. It may be a bit like lumps, but it should be quite dry - during baking it will have time to soak with the richness of the filling.
  3. Lubricate the bottom of the container with oil. We lay half of the dough in it, leveling.
  4. Distribute the filling.

We break the eggs into a bowl, attach the sugar and work with a mixer until a slightly frothy homogeneous light mass.

Sift the flour, carefully connecting it to the mass with a spatula. Sifting is recommended in small portions.

Separately, we collect the filling: we work out the butter and sugar with a mixer, introduce vanillin, cottage cheese and beat again.

We remove apples from the peel and core, cut into thin plates. Prepare the mold and lay out part of the slices in a layer. Pour half the dough, lay out the filling layer, leveling, cover with the remaining dough. The last layer is the remains of apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Cook on the Baking program for an hour.

With the addition of bananas

A cottage cheese pie with bananas in a slow cooker is a delicate, healthy dessert that must be preserved:

  • flour - 1 glass .;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • eggs - 1 unit for the base and 2 units for filling;
  • vanilla;
  • cottage cheese - 500 gr;

  • 400 gr of cottage cheese;
  • 120 grams of sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • half lemon;
  • couple of art. l starch;
  • 400 grams of berries.

Knead melted butter with sugar.

Add the egg, work out with a fork or mixer.

We add lemon juice, flour and soda. Knead the dough. By consistency, it is moderately thick, convenient for forming a base with sides.

Next, you need to prepare the filling: squeeze the juice from the lemon, mix with all the ingredients until smooth, not including berries. Put the curd mass into the base, and lay the berries on top.

Bake in the “Baking” mode for about an hour. Allow to cool with the lid open and then remove.

Dessert comes out tight, the filling does not break up.

Shortcrust pastry recipe

Shortcrust pastry is the present invention of culinary specialists, thanks to which time for preparation is reduced. The result is a very delicious dessert.

  • 350 grams of flour;
  • 150 gr drain. oils;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 120 grams of sugar;
  • a pinch of soda and salt;
  • for crumbs table. l Sahara;
  • 300 gr of cottage cheese;
  • half a bag of vanilla sugar (5 g).

We cut the butter into cubes, combine with flour, salt and soda, sugar for crumbs. Hands rub into a homogeneous, evenly soaked with butter, crumbs. As a result, the dough turns out to be moderately dry.

  • soda - half a tsp.

Curd part:

  • cottage cheese - 400 gr;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • eggs - 2 units .;
  • starch - 25 gr.

Chocolate part:

  1. Melt butter, cool to warm and combine with egg, sugar and sour cream. A submersible blender can make a dense, uniform mass.
  2. Separately combine the dry components, sift into sour cream and egg mass and connect with a whisk.Beat well in a few minutes. The dough will turn out slightly liquid, like a biscuit.
  3. Cover the multicooker with a thin layer of butter and put the chocolate dough.

Curd:

  1. Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar and starch, beat well with a mixer. The more creamy the mass turns out, the filling will be more pleasant, more tender.
  2. Put the filling on the chocolate dough, one spoonful.
  3. On the Baking program, cook 70-80 minutes.

  • 400 gr semolina;
  • 200 grams of sugar;
  • 280 gr fatty sour cream;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 50 grams of flour;
  • 50 gr drain. oils;
  • 10 grams of baking powder;
  • for the filling, 250 g of dry cottage cheese, 80 g of sugar and 2 eggs.

Manna dough:

  1. Connect the eggs, sugar with a mixer for three minutes.
  2. Pour sour cream, work through with a mixer.
  3. Add oil, the remaining dry products, work out with a mixer. You get a thick glossy cake base.

Filling:

  1. Separately, mix the eggs with sugar and cottage cheese. Use a hand blender to get uniformity.
  2. In a greased form, put a clipping of baking paper. We spread about half the dough for the manna, then the filling and the remains of the base.

We turn on the "Multipovar" mode, 125 degrees. for an hour. After leaving the lid open, turn off the heating.

On a note. Candied fruits, crushed nuts, raisins, dried fruits, pieces of fresh fruit are added to the filling.

With strawberry
