  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 100 ml;
  • starch - 40 g;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • vanillin - 2 g;
  • butter - 10 g.

The sequence of actions:

  1. Put cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, starch, vanillin and yolks in a deep bowl. Turn all these products into a homogeneous smooth mixture using a submersible mixer.
  2. Beat the whites separately into a stable foam mass, which gently mix with a spatula with a curd base.

For cottage cheese and berry dessert you will need:

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • any berries - 100 g;
  • sweetener to taste.

We prepare pp souffle from cottage cheese as follows:

  1. Beat the cottage cheese with the egg and sweetener with a mixer into a lush and homogeneous mass.If the cottage cheese was too dry, then 50 ml of kefir should be added to it according to the amount indicated in the recipe.

  • cocoa powder - 40g.

Working process:

  1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell, then, together with honey, milk and cocoa, send to the fire.
  2. Melt all the ingredients to homogeneity, remove from heat, put the cottage cheese in the mixture and beat with a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture into prepared tins and put in the refrigerator overnight. To extract the finished dessert, the molds for a few seconds you need to dip in hot water.

The composition of the apple-curd dessert includes:

  • cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • large sweet apples - 2 pcs.;
  • butter to lubricate the mold.

Cooking:

  1. Wash the apples, finely peel them, cut the seeds, and chop the flesh into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Smash the cottage cheese with the yolks. Beat whites in a stable foam with sugar.
  3. Combine all three masses: cottage cheese, apples and proteins. Spread the mixture over the greased tins and bake in the oven.
