Pork Stew

We will prepare a pan and a pan for cooking.

  • garlic to taste;

Lamb stewed with potatoes

Everyone treats this meat differently because of a peculiar smell. But it can be easily removed by soaking a piece for at least an hour in cold water.

 

This option is often used in Caucasian cuisine, but we also have lovers to treat ourselves. To make the meat component tender, in a pan it can be poured with white wine, which will be extinguished and release alcoholic vapors. Lemon juice is also often used.

And, of course, if you want a Caucasian dish, you will need a lot of onions, seasonings and herbs. And the rest of the stew recipe with potatoes is no different from any other option.

How to stew deliciously with cabbage

Prepare:

  • potatoes - 7 pcs.;
  • onion;
  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • cabbage of your choice - 400 g;
  • carrot;
  • salt;
  • twisted meat - 600 g;
  • seasonings;
  • bell pepper.

We pass the half of the onion by adding vegetable oil, along with grated carrots. Add chopped cabbage and fry a little until it gives juice. The contents are transferred to a pot with cut pieces of potato.

In our pan, reheat, pour a little oil and pass the second half of the onion. We spread the minced meat and, stirring well, simmer with bay leaf and tomato paste for about 20 minutes. We shift to the pan.

Pour the liquid and put the common dishes on the fire. As soon as it boils, reduce the flame, salt and add spices to taste. The dish will be ready as soon as the vegetables are cooked.

Potato stew in a slow cooker

Let's make a colorful dish.

The required set of products:

  • red beans (canned) - 1 can;
  • potatoes - 700 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.;
  • garlic;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • salt and spices.

In a preheated multicooker bowl, fry the meat, cut into cubes, add the onion, diced, first, chopped pepper and grated carrots.

After 10 minutes, we fill in the prepared potatoes (you can also use cubes), beans (pour the liquid from the jar into the sink), pour water so that a small part of the vegetables is visible. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, seasonings and mix.

Set the "Extinguishing" mode for 35 minutes. After the signal, having opened the lid, sprinkle with chopped greens and let it brew for a couple of minutes. Agree, a fairly simple recipe for cooking in a multicooker.

Homemade pot roast

A great option for portioned serving.

So, we take:

  • half a kilo of any meat;
  • large onion;
  • 800 g of potatoes;
  • 2 medium carrots;
  • 150 ml of broth;
  • 3 tbsp. l sour cream, mayonnaise;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil.

We prepare products. We wash the meat, let the liquid drain completely, clear the film and veins, cut into the required shape. Grind peeled onions and garlic. Carrots can be rubbed, or cut into cubes.

So that the potatoes do not boil during heat treatment, it must first be fried.

  • bulb;
  • cucumbers (pickles) - 3 pcs.;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • broth (can be replaced with boiling water) - ½ cup;

  • a mixture of peppers.

The main rule that applies here is that everything is fried in one pan in turn.

We wash the meat and cut across the fibers into strips. We send in parts to a pan preheated with butter. Quickly fry on all sides and transfer to the cauldron.

Next, we will pass the onions in half rings (if necessary, add oil). After readiness, send to beef. Pour a mixture of grated tomato and tomato paste, broth into the cauldron.

We put the stew to a very slow fire until the meat is soft. It will take at least an hour.
