  • chicken fillet - 300 gr;

  • leaves of Beijing cabbage - 150 gr;
  • Parmesan - 50 gr;
  • wheat salad crackers - 50 gr;
  • garlic cloves - 2 units;
  • salt, pepper, turmeric;
  • mayonnaise - 100 ml;
  • any hard cheese - 200 gr;

Fry the fillet in vegetable oil on both sides until tender. Dice, salt and pepper, add turmeric and fry again for about five minutes.

Wash the vegetables, peel the cabbage into leaves and chop very finely, cut the cherry into quarters.

Prepare dressing: mix mayonnaise, grated parmesan and garlic, mix well. If you want to get a thinner sauce, add some more mayonnaise or sour cream.

Mix chicken pieces, cabbage, tomatoes, grated hard cheese with sauce and put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with crackers.

  • canned beans;

  • tomatoes - 2 medium;
