Ingredients: 630 g of fish fillet, 3-4 garlic cloves, 1.5 tbsp. very heavy cream, large onion, 70 g butter, a few leaves of fresh parsley, medium lemon zest, 40 g Parmesan, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of crumbs, salt, large egg, 700 g of potatoes.

  1. Mashed potatoes are made from all the potatoes. First, the vegetable is boiled in salted boiling water until softened, then it is kneading with a blender and a half of butter, half a glass of hot cream and an egg. You can’t make mashed potatoes for such a casserole with a blender.
  2. In a heat-resistant form, the remaining oil is heated. Shredded onions, garlic and citrus zest are fried on it. When the components are browned, the container is removed from the fire, large pieces of the fillet washed and dried with napkins are laid out in it.
  3. The remaining cream is poured on top with salt and chopped herbs.

Ingredients: a kilo of fish fillet, freshly ground pepper, 1.5 cups of fat sour cream, a bunch of fresh parsley, 2 large onions, crumb crumbs, salt, a little flour.
