  1. Crumble cookies and mix with melted chocolate and butter. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the split mold and put it in the cold so that the base of the cake becomes firm.
  2. Pure strawberries (leave some berries for decoration). Melt white chocolate.
  3. Dilute gelatin according to the instructions and mix with cottage cheese.
  4. Divide the curd composition into 2 parts. In the first add mashed potatoes, in the second - chocolate and whipped cream with cream.
  5. Pour a pink layer on the base and send to the cold for 1 hour so that the layer has time to harden.
