  • food colorings.

Step by step cooking:

  1. Knead the dough. In a bowl we combine sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, whisk everything with a mixer. Without ceasing to process the mass, pour wheat flour with baking powder. Get a mixture of medium density.
  2. We smear a round baking dish (23 cm in diameter) with oil and put the dough in it. Bake a biscuit for 50 minutes. in a preheated oven (190 ° C).
  3. Beat butter with a mixer, introduce condensed milk. Cream should turn out magnificent and uniform.
  4. To prepare the cake, you can use ready-made mastic (600 g), but it is better to do it yourself. Soak gelatin in a bowl of water. It must swell. We put the container in a plate with hot water so that the product dissolves well. Invert syrup is heated in the same way, combined with gelatin.
  5. Sift the icing sugar into the basin. Add citric acid, vanillin and a warm mixture of gelatin with syrup. Mix the ingredients like regular dough.Knead the mastic with your hands until smooth and plastic.
  6. The cooled cake is divided lengthwise into 3 parts. We cut two parallel parallel sides (of them we will make the upper part of the tank.)
  7. We spread the crumpets in a stack, treating each cream. We make the top of the tank, we also coat it with a sweet composition. Remove the workpiece in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  10. From black mastic we sculpt caterpillar tracks, a muzzle, and wheels. You can add some more details to make the product look like a tank. We attach all the elements to the finished "combat vehicle".

  1. Put the eggs in the bowl. Separate the yolks from the proteins.
  2. We place 120 g of granulated sugar and the required volume of water in a container. Beat the ingredients with a mixer, then introduce the yolks and flour, continuing to mix everything.
  3. Beat regular sugar (30 g) with salt and proteins in a dense foam. Combine the composition with the dough. Divide the resulting mass into six parts.
  4. A round baking container (diameter 23 cm) is treated with oil. We spread one part of the dough in an even layer. We bake the blanks in a preheated oven (190 ° C) for 5 minutes. We get 6 cakes.
  5. Let's make a cream. Dissolve coffee in hot water and cool to room temperature. Combine the mixture with powdered sugar, salt, melted butter. Beat the composition with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency.
  6. In a separate bowl we place 6 tbsp. l cream. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Add it to the main part of the cream and mix.
  7. Lubricate the cooled cakes with chocolate cream, stack them in a pile. Align the sides of the cake to make a rectangle. From the scraps we make the upper part of the “machine”. Coat it with cream and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  8. Let's start decorating the cake. From the wafer roll we make the barrel of the tank, coat it with cream. The deferred composition is divided into two parts. We color one half with food coloring green, make the entire surface of the tank smears with coffee and green cream to make camouflage.
  9. We turn round cookies into wheels and a hatch. With the help of a pastry bag with a lush mass we draw a caterpillar tape. If desired, the cake can be sprinkled with chocolate or coconut.
