  • icing sugar - 250 g;
  • starch - 100 g;

Step by step recipe:

    8. Put on fire, bring to a boil while continuing to stir. It is necessary to boil the mass for 1 - 2 minutes.
    9. Cover the custard with cling film. Let it cool.

Important! All components of the cream should be at room temperature.

  1. Beat with a mixer the cooled mass for 60 - 120 seconds. As a result, it becomes smooth, silky. Now add oil (not melted), work out everything at high speed by pouring condensed milk in a thin stream.
  2. Cook the ganache. Melt butter, add chocolate, broken into pieces. Warm up and mix until smooth. Pour in the condensed milk, mix thoroughly. Leave on for 2 to 3 hours to cool the chocolate mass.
