A cake can be baked by any housewife without pastry skills. Cooking time will take from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the experience of baking. The original form will allow you to bake it not only for a children's birthday, but also as a gift for a man.

Cake "Airplane" from shortcrust pastry on sour cream

Ingredients:

  • butter - 2 packs of 180 g each;
  • flour - 3 tbsp .;
  • baking powder - 15 g;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • cow's milk - 50 ml;
  • fat sour cream - 120 g.

Cooking:

  1. Leave the oil at room temperature for 3 hours to make it soft.
  2. Then mix it with flour with your hands.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine with a whisk sour cream, milk and egg.
  4. Add baking powder and let stand for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix the liquid ingredients with flour and butter, knead thoroughly. Then wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For baking you will need:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Choose a rectangular shape (approximately 20 by 40 cm), because the cake is cut out of the cake cake from ready-made cakes.
  3. Divide the dough into 10 equal parts, roll out the desired size, put in a mold covered with parchment.
  4. Baking time 30-35 minutes.

How to make a cake:

  1. From the cooled cakes, cut out the main shape of the aircraft, as well as the wings and tail.

  3. Wings can be attached using cream, honey or condensed milk.

Cream that always turns out:

  1. Put 500 ml of cream with a fat content of 25% overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Beat cold cream with a blender with 500 g of icing sugar for 8 minutes at high speed.
  3. Collect and coat all the cakes, give the desired shape.

Important: to add color to the airplane, add food coloring to the finished cream and mix thoroughly.

5. Put the finished product in the refrigerator for 5 hours, so that the form is firmly fixed. Pull out before serving in 30 minutes.

With boiled condensed milk and walnuts

Nuts can be used in 2 ways:

  • add 300 g of ground nuts to the dough;
  • make a nut-based cream with condensed milk.

Ingredients for Cream:

  • white flour - 50 g;
  • ground walnuts - 200 g;
  • condensed milk - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g;
  • cinnamon - 2 g;
  • clove - 1 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • butter - 100 g.

Cream preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook the cream in a water bath for 20 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool for 30 minutes, then proceed with the assembly of the cake.
  4. At this stage, you can add the desired dye to it.
  5. You can decorate the cake with decorative fondant prepared in advance.

Ingredients for fondant:

  • cocoa - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • milk - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • melted butter - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Boil the mass, transfer to a confectionery syringe.
  2. After 10 minutes, proceed to decorate the finished cake.

How to cook a dessert in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp .;
  • flour - 3 tbsp .;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pack.

Cooking:

  1. Mix everything and beat with a mixer until white.
  2. Pour the dough into the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
  3. Remove the finished cake to the cold and allow to cool.
  4. Then cut the thread into 4 layers.
  5. Cut the desired shape with a knife, collect and coat with cream of cream or nuts.
  6. Draw a cockpit and airplane window using a pastry syringe with fondant.

Cooking option with mastic

Important: when preparing an airplane cake with mastic, it is better to separately cook the cake in the slow cooker, grease with cream and completely cover with mastic. From above, make a small mastic blue plane and decorate it with white or black accents.

 

Ingredients for mastic:

  • egg white - 1 pc.;
  • icing sugar - 200 g;
  • softened agar-agar - 1 g;
  • vanilla sugar - 2 g.

Cooking:

  1. Beat the protein separately until stable peaks form.
  2. Gently mix with powdered sugar, vanilla and agar.
  3. If the mixture continues to stick to your hands, add more powder.
  4. Stand the finished mastic in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator, roll to a thickness of 4 mm.
  6. Cover the finished cake.
  7. Align with a pastry trowel.
  8. Cut off the remains with a knife, mix and form an airplane from mastic. Place on top of the cake. Draw windows and cabin.
  9. To obtain the desired shade at the cooking stage, add the desired color.
  10. Before serving the cake, the mastic plane must be in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

Cooking with chocolate and condensed milk

For the test:

  • chocolate - 100 g;
  • eggs - 5 pcs.;
  • flour - 750 g;
  • milk –100 ml;
  • baking powder - 20 g;
  • cinnamon - a pinch;
  • condensed milk - 1 can;
  • starch - 4 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Mix everything and let stand for 40 minutes.
  2. Divide into 12 parts and bake in a rectangular shape 20 by 30 cm.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the mold with oil.
  4. Cooking time 35-40 minutes.
  5. From the cooled cakes, cut out the shape of the plane.
  6. Collect the cake, greasing it with butter cream.
  7. To give the desired color for the cream, it is worth using blue, white, red and black food colors.
  8. The cream cake will take 2-3 hours to soak.
