You will need products:

  • a pound of cookies;
  • 80 g of butter;
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar;
  • 500 g of cottage cheese (9%);
  • 0.5 kg of sour cream (15%);
  • 40 g of gelatin;
  • Strawberry Jelly
  • 10 g of vanillin;
  • berries, fruits at your discretion.

 

Technology:

  1. Melt the butter in a water bath.
  2. With a rolling pin, crush the cookies into small crumbs.
  3. Combine the butter with the biscuit and put everything in a baking dish. Tamp the mixture with a spoon, and then put it in a cold place for 30 minutes.
  4. Dissolve 30 g of gelatin in 100 ml of cold water. The mixture should be infused for 10 minutes at room temperature. After this time, heat it in a water bath for 5-10 minutes, depending on the gelatin selected. Crystals need to be completely dissolved.

  • 1 tsp vanillin (0.5 tsp each for cream and cakes);
  • soda or baking powder;
  • 10 g of gelatin;
  • 0.5 kg of cherries;
  • 200 ml of boiling water;
  • 50 g of cherry jelly.

Technology:

  1. Combine the flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Combine the dry mixture with the liquid. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Place parchment paper on the bottom of the baking dish. Put the dough on top.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake a biscuit for half an hour, then cool.
  6. Add 0.5 cups of sugar to boiling water. Mix the syrup with the cherry.
  7. In 1/2 cup water add gelatin. Heat the mixture in a water bath so that all the grains dissolve.
  8. Beat sour cream, cottage cheese and sugar in a separate bowl. Next, combine the mixture with the cooled gelatin. Whip everything.
  9. Put the biscuit in a mold, pour with cherry syrup, and on top of the curd. Put the cake in the refrigerator to freeze.

  11. Leave the sponge cake in the refrigerator for 4 hours to freeze.

Grape and ginger dessert

You will need products:

  • 130 g of flour;
  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 6 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • 4 tbsp. l coconut flakes;
  • 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 120 g butter;
  • 300 g of grapes;
  • 40 g of ginger;
  • 90 g jelly.

Technology:

  1. Sift the flour and mix it with coconut.
  2. In the flour, add butter and 3 tbsp. l Sahara. Mix well. It should be flour butter crumbs.
  3. Place the resulting mixture in a pre-greased baking dish to make a cake with small sides.
  4. In the oven preheated to 200 degrees, send the cake and bake until golden brown.
  5. Cooking cream. Mix the pureed cottage cheese with the remaining sugar. Add sour cream and grated ginger root to it. Beat the composition with a mixer. Place the resulting cream on the cake evenly.

Low Calorie Mousse Recipe

You will need products:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 30 g of gelatin;
  • 450 g of plain yogurt (no additives);
  • 2 tbsp. l fructose;
  • 3 different jelly bags.

Technology:

  1. All three bags of jelly should be diluted with hot water. In this case, you need to use 3 different forms.
  2. When the jelly has cooled to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
  3. Mix yogurt with cottage cheese and fructose to make a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in a glass of water and heat in a water bath until the grains are completely dissolved. Add it to the milk mixture.
