If the biscuit is baked in metallic form, grease the bottom and walls with oil and powder with flour, if in silicone, nothing is needed. Bake a biscuit in a rectangular form, after preheating the oven: half an hour at 180 ℃ and half an hour at 150 ℃.
    Little hint. If you put a container of water at the bottom of the oven, the biscuit will be more magnificent.
  2. While biscuit is baking, cut out the silhouette of a Ninjago warrior from paper. When the biscuit has cooled, attach a paper contour on top and cut off excess on it.
  3. Beat cream with chilled ingredients.
  4. Coat the biscuit with cream so that a uniform layer is obtained.
  5. DecorTo give the desired color to the mastic, mix it with a small portion of the dye, mashing it like plasticine. Make a thin layer of yellow mastic - these will be the face and hands of the ninja. From the black layer make the torso and pants. From red (blue, green) mastic - a face mask, sleeves and clothing elements (you can find a photo of the Lego man and make a start from it). From the black scraps, draw the outline of the eyes and eyebrows.
  6. Align the mastic with a pastry iron or spoon, and carefully trim the excess around the edges.

This cake is without mastic. Oil cream is universal, even a novice pastry chef can turn an ordinary biscuit into a small masterpiece.

For a cake with butter cream you need:

  • granulated sugar - 120 g;
  • vanilla;
  • premium flour - 120 g.

Oil cream:

  • butter - 200 g;
  • condensed milk - 1 can (380 g);
  • vanilla;
  • food colorings.

How to make a cake:

  1. Beat the whites from the refrigerator with a pinch of salt and half sugar until fluffy.
  2. Separately, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar to a white mass. Add flour, vanilla, mix, add protein foam, mix gently with a spatula from the bottom up.
  3. Bake a biscuit in a preheated oven for half an hour at 180 ℃ and half an hour at 150 ℃. You can bake a biscuit in a slow cooker (it makes excellent biscuits) on the Baking program for 60 minutes.
  4. Beat cream from room temperature oil and condensed milk, add vanilla. The cream should come out airy and uniform. Beating time 10-15 minutes.
  5. Divide the cold biscuit into 2 layers with a long sharp knife, moving from the outer edges to the center or cut the edge of the cake around the circumference, tie a notch with a strong thread or fishing line, and gently pull the ends together until the cake is cut.
  6. Lubricate the lower crust with cream, lower the second on it, coat the sides and top of the cake.

  3. Cover the cooled cake with the remaining cream, smooth. At this stage, the cream can be tinted with food colors as desired.
  4. To glaze, melt the chocolate and cream in a water bath, cool, and pour the cake with it so that beautiful streaks flow from the top to the sides.
  5. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator and prepare the gingerbread dough.
  6. Pour sugar into a pot with thick walls and put on the stove to heat for 3 minutes. Then pour boiling water. Add oil, salt, soda and spices to the resulting syrup. When the mass foams, mix and remove from the stove. Pour in flour, knead the dough and put in the cold for 60 minutes.
  7. To make icing for icing: stir in a tall bowl the protein and sifted icing sugar. Add lime juice and beat the icing to splendor and brilliant whiteness. Divide the finished glaze and paint each part in the desired color.

Pour the mixture into the protein mass and gently mix with a spatula from the bottom up. On a parchment paper, draw a circle of about 20 cm, grease with vegetable oil, put a mass ½ cm high on it and bake at a temperature of 100 degrees for an hour and a half. The finished cake when tapped should make a dull sound. Bake 3 cakes.
  2. Prepare a cream: boil water with 90 g of sugar, add condensed milk and cook for 12 minutes at a slight boil. Beat soft butter, pour cooled syrup into it with a thin stream. Add vanilla and mix gently.
  3. If necessary, slightly trim the cakes around the edges (they are very fragile). Grease the lower crust ½ cream. Grease the next cake 2 tbsp. l Jam, this will add a touch of sourness to the sweetness of the cake. Coat the sides of the cake with the remaining cream, and the top cake with the remaining jam. On a jam, “plant” a waffle picture, gently smooth it with gloved hands or a pastry iron. Decorate the joints of the picture with the cake with whipped cream.
