  • 250 g of boiled carrots;
  • 200 g of processed cheese;

  • 100 g mayonnaise;
  • 100 g onions;

Cooking with curd cream

Such a sweet cake from ready-made waffle cakes will be another way to feed the little wholesome cottage cheese with useful cottage cheese. Additionally, you can put any fresh or canned fruits and berries (bananas, strawberries, raspberries, cherries and others) in the filling.

For a curd cream for one pack of finished cakes weighing 200 g, you will need:

  • 250 g of cottage cheese;
  • 180 g butter;
  • 50 g of powdered sugar;
  • 50 g of condensed milk.

Cooking method:

  1. Softened butter (you can soften it literally in a few seconds in the microwave) at high speed, whip until fluffy with powdered sugar.

Products needed to create a herring snack cake:

  • 6 - 7 waffle cakes;
  • 1 lightly salted herring of medium size;
  • 300 g of champignons;
  • 200 g of onions;
  • 300 g carrots;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • 30 - 40 ml of vegetable oil;
  • fresh herbs to taste.

The sequence of actions:

  1. Gut the fish and separate the fillet from the bones.Grind 100 g of onion and herring fillet in a blender bowl into a homogeneous paste.
  2. Fry the champignons with the remaining onions, cool and grind in a blender as well.
  3. Separately, turn into a paste pre-cooked carrots. Using cheese, use a fine grater to make chips.

Putting the cake together:

  4. From hard cheese, also make chips that are mixed with chopped herbs. Mix each version of the filling with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. We collect the cake, taking turns greasing each cake with fillings in the following sequence: chicken, mushrooms, cheese, proteins, yolks.
