  3. Crackers are poured into the total sweet mass. They should be completely covered with cream. The mixture is left for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Next, a cake is formed with your hands and laid out on a flat plate.
  5. On top, the design is smeared with the remaining cream and sprinkled with cocoa.

Before serving guests, a cake without baking with condensed milk and butter should be infused in the refrigerator all night.

With sour cream

Ingredients: 720 g of any shortbread, 1 b. condensed milk, 90 g of fatty butter, half a glass of thick sour cream and the same amount of granulated sugar, a large spoonful of cocoa powder.

  1. It is very important to put the oil in heat in advance. It should become soft, but not liquid. Condensed milk is poured onto the oil, after which the ingredients are well beaten until a gentle air cream appears.
  2. Cookies turn into small crumbs. You can do this in any convenient way. For example, using a bag and rolling pin or a special blender nozzle.
  3. The cream combines with the resulting crumbs, a cake is formed, which is stacked on a flat wide plate.
  4. Chocolate is made from sour cream, sugar and cocoa. It is cooked over low heat for 6-7 minutes. The resulting mass generously pours the base from the third step.

You can immediately treat guests with a finished cake of cookies with condensed milk and sour cream.

Cake "Anthill"

Ingredients: boiled condensed milk, 420 g, 580 g sugar cookies, 180 g butter, a handful of walnut kernels, semolina and light sesame.

  1. Cookies break into small pieces.
  2. Softened butter is whipped with boiled condensed milk. At first, the process will go quite hard, but gradually the mass will begin to turn into an airy light cream.
  3. The cookie crumb connects to the mass from the second step.
  4. The cake is laid out on a plate with an uneven slide imitating an anthill.
  5. On top of the design is decorated with the remaining bulk components.

Insist the cake in cool 3-4 hours.

With nuts

Ingredients: 620 g of sugar cookies, 1 tbsp. any nuts (you can take allsorts), a can of boiled condensed milk, a pack of butter, a glass of very fat cream.

  1. Cookies are crushed by a blender.
  2. The nuts are fried in a dry frying pan and chopped finely.
  3. Products from the previous steps are connected.
  4. For cream, condensed milk and softened butter are whipped. Next, cream is added, and the whipping is repeated.
  5. Cream is poured to the liver with nuts.
  6. After thorough mixing, the mass is laid out in a salad bowl covered with cling film, where the "dough" is well tamped.

After a night in the fridge, you just have to turn the cake on a plate.

Curd cookie dessert with condensed milk

Composition of products: 24 pcs. square cookies, a pound of cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. brewed coffee, 5 tbsp. l sour cream and as much sugar, 2 tbsp. l condensed milk.

  1. Sweet coffee is combined with condensed milk and poured into a container.
  2. The silicone mold is covered with parchment.
  3. Softened butter, cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream are whipped for the cream.
  4. Cookies are wetted in coffee and stacked in shape. Layers are smeared with a gentle curd cream. The cookie layer should go last.

Before serving, the cake should be well infused in coolness. It remains only to cut it into neat slices and place it beautifully on a dish.

With cocoa

Ingredients: 780 g shortbread cookies, a glass with a pile of granulated sugar, 60 g cocoa, 170 g butter, a glass of filtered water, a pinch of vanillin, 120 ml of very fat cream.

  1. Cookies are manually broken into small pieces, and then poured into a deep bowl.
  2. For cream, sugar and cocoa are combined. The ingredients are mixed, water gradually flows into them.
  3. When the components turn into a homogeneous mass, butter is laid out to them. The cream is boiled for 8-9 minutes over low heat.
  4. Add vanillin.
  5. Cool the mass.
  6. The resulting chocolate cream is filled with cookies.
  7. After mixing, the mixture is laid out in a detachable form and carefully tamped.

Ready cake to cool. If desired, it is decorated with chocolate icing.

Banana cake

Ingredients: a pound of crackers “Fish”, a can of condensed milk, 70 g butter, 120 g walnuts, 2 bananas.

  1. "Fish" get enough sleep in a deep bowl.
  2. A cream of softened butter whipped with condensed milk is poured on top.
  3. The ingredients mix well.
  4. Finely chopped bananas and chopped nuts are laid out to the liver with cream.
  5. After the next mixing, a smooth slide is formed from the resulting mass.

The delicacy goes for a few hours in the cool. If desired, dessert can be decorated with a mixture of dried fruits: prunes or dried apricots.

Tasty dessert with cottage cheese and gelatin

Ingredients: 160 g biscuit cookies, 3 tbsp. l fatty butter, ½ pack of gelatin, half a glass of homemade cottage cheese, 2 tbsp. l sour cream, 5 tbsp. tablespoons boiled condensed milk.

  1. Cookies with a blender turn into crumbs, combine with melted butter and rammed to the bottom of the mold.
  2. Condensed boiled milk is distributed over the base. Its amount can be increased to your liking.
  3. The cottage cheese is ground to homogeneity, diluted according to the instructions and chilled gelatin is added to it. The resulting mass is distributed over the condensed milk.

Before serving, leave the dessert in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
