Cake without baking cookies and cottage cheese - a simple recipe

The easiest recipe for making a cake without baking using cottage cheese and cookies. Be sure to try it!

What is needed:

  • cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • sugar - ½ cup;
  • butter fatty oil - 180 g;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • raisins - ½ cup;
  • chocolate - 30 g;
  • milk - 1 cup;
  • cookies - 400 g.

Cooking like this:

  1. Sugar is ground together with softened butter. Sour cream is mixed with cottage cheese and the ingredients are whipped with a mixer or a hand blender.
  2. Next, we put the grated butter with sugar to the resulting workpiece and whisk again.
  3. Place 3-4 tablespoons of the resulting mixture in a separate bowl. For the rest, send pre-washed raisins and mix thoroughly.
  4. At the same time, grate the chocolate on a fine grater.
  5. Now the cookie is dipped in milk and laid out in the form where the cake will be placed.
  6. Lubricate it evenly with curd filling. Put another cookie, grease again and at the end cover the last layer with the set aside part without raisins.

  • vanillin - 1 tsp.

Cooking like this:

  1. Pour gelatin in a small bowl with water and let it swell. Then do the same with the jelly, following the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Grind cookies into crumbs. To do this, first simply break it by hand, and then roll it out with a rolling pin, laying it in a plastic bag.
  3. Take any fruit. Preferably apples or oranges. Cut them into thin slices and lay on the bottom of the mold where the cake will be prepared.
  4. Pour all this evenly in jelly and send to the refrigerator for solidification.

What is needed:

  • cookies - 400 g;
  • milk - 2 glasses;
  • cottage cheese - 300 g;
  • drain. oil - 250 g;
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Before cooking, spread cling film, parchment paper or foil on the table.

  1. Heat the milk and dip cookies in it for a while.
  2. Put the same number of cookies in several rows and press each one firmly.
  3. Beat softened butter and cottage cheese at high speed mixer. Divide the cream into a couple of parts and mix one with a tablespoon of cocoa.
