  2. Pour the dough into a silicone mold and send in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for 45 minutes.
  3. Cook and bake the second cake in the same way. Allow the cake to cool.

  1. In a thick-walled bowl, mix starch, 30 g sugar and milk. Bring the mass to a boil with constant stirring.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the yolks and 70 g of granulated sugar until smooth and pour into the milk, stirring constantly.

  5. Boil the syrup at the rate of 45 g of sugar per 85 ml of water.

Let's make a cake:

  1. Carefully cut out the middle from the first biscuit, fill the notch of 1/3 cream, making an even layer, and set it aside.
  2. Cut the second biscuit lengthwise into 2 cakes with a long knife. Soak the first half of the cake with syrup and smear 1/3 cream, put in halves of prunes.
  3. Cover with the second half of the cake, soak in syrup, put the rest of the cream and prunes.
