  3. Divide the blank for the base into three equal parts and let stand for at least half an hour.
  4. Roll thin dough.
  5. The tortilla stuffed is baked 10-15 minutes until cooked.

The dough should have an elastic consistency. If at the end of the batch it sticks to your hands, you need to add a little flour.

Making soft dough

Preparation of the test:

  1. Put flour in sour cream of any fat content, stir until smooth.
  2. Introduce vinegar, then soda. Mix gently.
  3. Add the egg, salt and sugar. Gently knead again.
  4. Distribute the mass on a baking sheet with parchment and bake without filling for 5-7 minutes, no more. Pierce the semi-finished base with a fork in several places.
