Classic kefir pancakes

According to the classic recipe, kefir pancakes can be cooked by any housewife. First, prepare the necessary ingredients.

Take:

  • half a liter of kefir;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 g of soda;
  • 40 g of granulated sugar;
  • 4 g of salt;
  • 100 g of flour;
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil.

So, all the necessary products are at hand, proceed to cooking:

  1. In a deep bowl (with a capacity of at least 3 l) we drive in eggs, add salt and sugar. Whisk thoroughly with a whisk until foam is obtained.
  2. In the mixture, without stopping whipping, gradually pour kefir in small portions, avoiding the appearance of lumps.
  3. Add soda and continue to whisk until bubbles are obtained in the mixture.
  4. We put the pan on the fire, pour the vegetable oil, bring it to a boil and pour it into the pancake mixture, stirring quickly.
  5. We collect the right amount of dough into the ladle (about 150 ml) and pour it evenly into the pan, turning it so that the mixture spreads over the entire surface.
  6. We bake until the edges are browned, turn and fry on the other side.

Put the finished pancake on the dish.

The main secret of cooking: if you pour hot oil into the dough, then the pan will not have to be greased until the end of cooking all the pancakes!

Openwork delicacy

The following recipe for thin pancakes with kefir and water. Pancakes prepared in this way are delicate like lace!

Take:

  • 150 g of flour;
  • 250 ml of kefir;
  • 250 ml of water (boiling water);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 7 g of soda;
  • 4 g of salt;
  • 30 g of sugar;
  • 40 ml of sunflower oil.

Now we are preparing a treat:

  1. All ingredients except water, oil and soda are thoroughly beaten in a blender (or whisk) until smooth.
  2. Pour boiling water into the mixture with the soda extinguished in it, continuously stirring the dough.
  3. Add oil, mix and leave the dough for a quarter of an hour.

The dough is cooked. We bake in a hot pan in the usual way.

From custard dough in boiling water and kefir

Thin pancakes with holes will be even tastier and more tender if they are baked with their custard dough.

It consists of:

  • half a liter of kefir;
  • half a liter of boiling water;
  • ·4 eggs;
  • 100 g of sugar;
  • 7 g of salt;
  • 300 g flour;
  • 7 g of soda;
  • 70 ml of sunflower oil.

Cooking the dough:

  1. Beat the eggs until foam.
  2. Without stopping to beat, with a thin stream pour boiling water into the eggs.
  3. Pour kefir, add sugar and beat.
  4. After preliminary adding salt and soda to it, carefully pour it into the mixture, stirring constantly to avoid the formation of lumps.
  5. Pour in the oil and mix again.

Kefir dough with boiling water is ready. You can bake.

Thin pancakes with holes

Thin pancakes will delight the household, for the preparation of which you will need a grocery set:

  • half a liter of kefir (preferably 2.5%);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 5 g of soda;
  • 60 g of granulated sugar;
  • 4 g of salt;
  • 200 g of flour;
  • 40 ml of vegetable oil.

Step-by-step instructions for cooking:

  1. Separate egg yolks from proteins. We remove the proteins in the refrigerator, and beat the yolks with sugar.
  2. Pour warm kefir into the whipped mass, stir and, without ceasing to interfere, carefully pour the flour.
  3. Add soda and oil to the mixture.
  4. Beat the whites with salt until foam, and pour into the cooked mass. Gently stir.
  5. Scoop about 150 ml into the soup ladle and pour it evenly into a red-hot oiled pan, turning it so that the mixture spreads over the entire surface.

We bake the pancake until the edge is browned, turn over and wait for the appearance of a blush on the other side.

On milk and kefir

If you add milk to the dough with kefir, you will get amazing pancakes.

 

Take:

  • 250 g of flour;
  • half a liter of kefir;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 g of soda;
  • 4 g of salt;
  • 30 g of sugar;
  • 40 ml of sunflower oil.

Cooking the dough:

  1. In warm kefir add eggs beaten with sugar, salt, soda and mix well.
  2. Carefully, constantly stirring, pour the flour in small portions.
  3. With a thin stream, constantly stirring, pour the boiled milk into the mixture.
  4. Add the oil and stir again.

Pancake mass is ready. Bake in the traditional way.

To make the pancakes lush and delicate, add exclusively white flour of the highest grade to the dough!

Recipe from Julia Vysotskaya

Pancakes prepared according to a special recipe by Julia Vysotskaya will become the decoration of any festive table. Prepare the ingredients:

  • 200 g of flour;
  • 700 ml of milk;
  • 120 g plums. oils;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 egg yolks;
  • 20 g of granulated sugar;
  • 3 g of salt;
  • 2 oranges;
  • 100 ml of brandy;
  • 500 g of ice cream.

We prepare an exquisite treat in the following way:

  1. Add flour, eggs, yolk, milk, salt and 100 g of melted butter to the flour.
