  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 2.5 tsp (can be replaced with 1 tsp slaked soda);
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • butter - 50 g.

Cooking process:

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt and milk to form a small foam. Do not beat too much, there is no need to oversaturate the mixture with air, the baking powder will do just fine.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and gradually add the composition to the egg-milk mixture. Do not pour out all the flour at once, watch the consistency - in terms of density, the perfect dough is like condensed milk.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the finished dough. Observe the consistency of the dough - if it is too dense, add water. By consistency, it should be thick, but fluid.
