  • sugar - 2 tsp;

  1. We take any container of the right size and sift the flour into it. Pour salt, sugar and some whey.
  2. Beat everything with a mixer or whisk until a thick dough is obtained. It should be a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Next, pour the remainder of the serum.
  4. Pour soda into the dough and whisk again.
  5. Next, pour vegetable oil into the dough.Leave it to walk for 10-15 minutes.

Whey dough is higher than without whey and rises about half an hour earlier than without it.

Cake Recipe

The composition of this dough is very simple, as is the cooking technique, and the baking from it is always excellent. Thanks to whey, yeast dough acquires dietary properties.

Ingredients Composition:

  • serum - 250 ml;
  • flour - 3 cups;
  • sunflower oil - 100 ml;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • granulated sugar - one tbsp. a spoon;
  • dry yeast –10 g.

These ingredients can almost always be found in the kitchen, so you don’t have to buy them specially.

Cooking method:

  1. Pour all the whey into a small saucepan.
  2. We put it on a muffled fire and heat it to a high temperature.
  3. Then turn off the heat and put the yeast in a pan to the whey, then add a little sugar and salt.
  4. The resulting composition should be infused for several minutes.
  5. Pour everything into a suitable container.
  6. Pour in a portion of sunflower oil and mix thoroughly.
  7. Sift the flour and gradually pour into the serum.
  8. Mix the dough all the time, until it completely leaves the bowl.
  9. Then add the rest of the sunflower oil.
  10. After kneading the dough, put it in a warm place and cover it with a wet towel.
  11. The dough should grow 2-3 times, then knead it again. When the dough rises, let it brew.
  12. If you are preparing a pastry for pies, you should divide it into small pieces and mold the cakes.

In order to prepare the serum, take kefir, which should be slightly heated over a muffled fire.

It is boiled until the milk begins to curl, then it needs to be cooled and the cottage cheese is filtered through cheesecloth. The resulting fluid is serum.

Cooking in a spicy way

From this test, you can make pies with any filling. They come out lush and delicious.

  • dry yeast - 1.5 tsp;

  4. Cover the sponge with a damp towel and insist for an hour.
  5. When the dough grows, add salt, vegetable oil and eggs.
  6. Knead the dough. It should stick a little to the hands.

  8. Next, put the dough back in the bowl, cover it with a towel and set it to rise for an hour in a warm place.

In order for the pizza to be tasty and appetizing, it is important to properly prepare the dough for it. To do this, you can add serum to the dough.

  • dry yeast - 5 g;
  • serum - 0.5 cups;
  • warm water - 30 ml;
  • 1 egg
  • salt and sugar - a pinch;
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method:

  1. First, pour the yeast into a glass or cup, fill it with warm water and insist for 10 minutes. Stir further and insist for another five minutes.
  2. Pour the whey into a pan and heat it, add the egg and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add sugar and salt, mix, pour yeast and re-mix thoroughly. Add the flour in parts, stirring the dough.
