Classic dough for quiche

Traditionally, kystyby dough is made in fat cow's milk, without adding water. This is the recipe to consider first.

 

Of the ingredients you will need:

  • homemade cow's milk - 0.5 l (if not, buy with the highest percentage of fat content, mix 1/1 with liquid cream);
  • wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp .;
  • salt - 1.5 tsp.

It’s easier to find this recipe, a minimum of products is required. During fasting, as well as vegetarians, you can use plain water instead of a dairy product.

Cooking:

  1. Heat the milk a little, so flour will be better dispersed in it. Mix with salt, dissolving all crystals.
  2. Introduce the flour in small portions, having previously saturated it with oxygen by sifting.
  3. Put the dough on the table (dry, powdered with flour), knead by hand. In the process, you need to beat the dough on the table to make it softer.

Wrap the dough with cling film or pack it in a plastic bag. Take rest for 15-30 minutes.

Cooking in Tatar

Kystyby in Tatar is prepared in many ways. We offer to consider another classic recipe for the test. There are more ingredients here, the taste is excellent, the dough is incredibly tender, soft dough.

Products:

  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Melt the butter, mix it with sour cream. Beat eggs, mix quickly, adding salt.
  2. When adding flour, stir the ingredients with a fork until possible. Put the thickened dough on the table, continue to knead it with your hands.

Kneading is recommended for at least 5 minutes, but longer than 10 is also not worth it, as the dough may turn out to be too tight.

Throw the dough on the table several times, then wrap it in a bag and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Soft base on kefir

Tender kystyby dough will turn out on kefir or sour milk. The recipe is not more complicated than in the first two described variations.

Ingredients required:

  • kefir - 1 tbsp .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking:

  1. Kefir should be taken at room temperature or slightly warmer. Add soda to it, leave for 5 minutes, bubbles will go - the alkali is neutralized. You do not need to extinguish soda with vinegar, kefir will cope with this.
  2. Add salt, egg, oil to the fermented milk product. Mix well.
  3. Put the flour on the table with a slide, make a hole in the center, pour in the liquid component, knead the dough. You can cook in another way: pour flour into a bowl with kefir, then put everything on the table and knead.

Pack the dough in a bag, let it sit for 15 minutes (minimum).

How to make in milk

The first recipe is described using milk. But using this ingredient, you can make another dough, no less tender and tasty.

Products required:

  • milk - 0.5 l .;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.

Flour may need more, remember that it is still needed to sprinkle the work surface.

Cooking Method:

  1. Put salt and butter in milk. Put on fire, remove from stove when oil has completely melted.
  2. Wait until the liquid cools to 35 degrees (touch with your finger, if there is no thermometer, the skin should be comfortable). If you do not wait for cooling, then the protein from the egg will curl.
  3. Beat in the egg, add the flour, knead the dough on the table.

As in all previous cases, the test should be allowed to rest by wrapping with a film.

Kystyby dough on the water

Kibyby with potatoes is a tasty and satisfying dish, it can be adapted for fasting, people who do not eat animal products. We’ll cook a veggie fish soup on the water.

The following products are needed for the test:

  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • water - 1 tbsp .;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 1.5 tsp.

Method and preparations:

  1. Pour water at a temperature of 35-38 degrees. If there is no thermometer, pour one that will be a little warmer than the body.
  2. Dissolve salt in a liquid, add sunflower oil.
  3. In small portions, add flour, stirring, to immediately break the lumps.
  4. Put the dough on a dusted board, knead with your hands for 5-7 minutes.

The dough is not ready yet, it needs to rest on average 15 minutes.

For baking with potatoes

Another recipe for an amazing quiz dough. He will help out when there is less than a glass in a bag of milk - do not pour it out!

Ingredients:

  • milk (fresh or sour, kefir can be used) - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 0.5 tbsp .;
  • flour - 2 tbsp. (average);
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt - 1 tsp.

 

Cooking:

  1. Lightly heat the milk with water. Add salt, mayonnaise / sour cream, egg, mix.
  2. Mix the liquid base with flour, knead the dough.
  3. After resting the dough, you can begin to roll cakes out of it, the ideal thickness of which is 7-10 mm.

Kystyby is an ideal treat for tea drinking, it is prepared simply, quickly, and does not linger on the table. With potato filling, tortillas will replace a full lunch or dinner - hearty, high-calorie, hunger will not be felt for a long time. Bon Appetit!
