Depending on the personal taste preferences, the dough for the chicken can be prepared in different ways.

Kefir dough for chicken

To simplify your work as much as possible, it is best to make the dough for the kefir on the kefir. In addition, this can significantly reduce the time allotted for the preparation of the pie.

For work you need to take:

  • 0.5 kilograms of wheat flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 grams of sugar;
  • 1 cup kefir;
  • a pinch of drinking soda;
  • 10 grams of salt;
  • 110 grams of butter.

Method for preparing a semi-finished product:

  1. First you need to melt the oil. You can melt it in a frying pan or just take it out of the refrigerator and hold it on the table for some time at room temperature.

  • 0.5 kilograms of wheat flour;
  • 2 eggs;

  • 300 grams of butter;
  • 40 grams of cold water.

You can make such dough with your hands, but it is better to use a special food processor for this purpose.

In this case, you must:

  1. Pour flour into the bowl of the combine.
  2. There, add salt, slightly softened oil and grind it all into crumbs.
  3. Drive eggs into the resulting mass, add water and mix well. To make the dough more homogeneous, it can be additionally wrinkled intensively for a couple of minutes.
  4. Flatten the cake a little in the form of a cake, wrap it with a film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cooking on sour cream

To prepare a good dough for the chicken, you can use a variety of dairy products. The option with sour cream is considered one of the simplest and does not require the hostess to have any serious culinary skills.

  • 250 grams of butter;

Some chefs say the best chicken burner is the one that uses puff pastry as the basis. This is easily verified by personal example.

To work, you need to take:

  • 3 full cups (+ 90 grams of oil layer) of wheat flour;
  • 150 milliliters of water (cold);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 7-8 grams of table salt;
  • a little lemons;
  • 300 grams of butter.

How to make such a dough:

  1. Collect all ingredients (except oil) in one bowl and mix them thoroughly.
  2. Cooked elastic, but rather steep dough, you need to cover with a towel and let it lie for about 30 minutes.
  3. Chop the butter with flour. Roll this mixture into a layer, and then put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  5. Fold the blank several times, wrap with a towel and send to the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  6. Take out the dough, roll it out again, and then fold it again. Repeat such actions at least 3-4 times.

After that, you can immediately begin assembling the cake.

Margarine Recipe

Using butter for making dough is expensive and not always justified. If desired, it can be replaced with margarine. This option is not so useful, but more affordable.

To make a dough for a chicken in the conditions of home cooking, you will need:

  • 0.8 kilograms of wheat flour;
  • 250 grams of margarine and the same amount of sour cream;
  • a little salt;
  • 5 grams of baking powder.

The way this dough is prepared is extremely simple:

  1. Mix bulk ingredients in a separate container.
  2. Add margarine and grind it with flour mixture into crumbs.
  3. Pour sour cream here and make the final batch.
  4. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

In this recipe you must be very careful with salt, because it is already part of margarine. Excess amount of salt will spoil not only the taste, but also the consistency of the semi-finished product.

Loose base on mayonnaise

Depending on the chosen filling, you can also use friable dough for cooking the kurnik. The easiest way to do it on mayonnaise.

For this recipe you will need the simplest products:

  • 2.5 cups of wheat flour;
  • 50 grams of vegetable refined oil;
  • 0.5 cups of mayonnaise and the same amount of boiled water;
  • some salt.

It takes just a few minutes to prepare such a test:

  1. First, the mayonnaise must be diluted with water.
  2. Add oil to this mass, salt and mix well.
  3. Pour in flour. It must be introduced in parts, without interrupting the mixing process.

Yeast on the hen's dough

Proponents of classic baking will more like the dough on the chicken cooked with yeast. As a liquid base, you can use water, milk or a mixture thereof.

For one of the options you will need:

  • 0.5 kilograms of wheat flour;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 250 milliliters of milk;
  • 8 grams of sugar;
  • 30 grams of pressed yeast;
  • 5 grams of table salt;
  • 35 grams of sunflower oil.

How to cook yeast dough:

  1. The first step is to dilute the yeast in warm milk, adding sugar and a little flour.
  2. As soon as the mass begins to foam, pour oil into it.
  3. Add separately beaten eggs with salt and mix.
  4. Add the remaining flour in parts. To stir thoroughly.
  5. Beat the dough by hitting it several times with force on the table. This is necessary so that excess air comes out, and the mass becomes softer.

The finished test should be allowed to lie down a bit so that it can rise well. The pie from it will turn out just airy.
