In the process of kneading, you need to slap the dough on the table several times. Thus, it will be more elastic. Wrap the product in a bag, leave to rest for half an hour.

How to do without eggs

If you don’t like eggs, don’t tolerate, or simply weren’t available at home, then you can make dumplings dough without them.This will not affect the taste, only a little on the quality - the dumplings will not increase as much during cooking as those made from dough on an egg.

Products required:

  • water - 1 tbsp .;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 3 tbsp.

Only three components will make dumplings dough, which is very tasty and elastic!

Cooking:

  1. Pour water into enameled dishes, add salt, put on fire. When it starts to boil, start adding a third of the flour, stir.
  2. Remove the workpiece from the heat, add the rest of the flour, first mix with a fork, then dump the contents of the cup onto the table and knead by hand.

Knead the dough for at least three minutes, so there will be no lumps left. Slap a lump of dough several times on the table, then wrap it in a bag and leave it to lie at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.

Recipe for bread machine

An insanely good dough comes out of a bread machine! It is perfectly mixed, you do not need to make efforts and dirty your hands: the device will do everything by itself, just put the ingredients in it.

Will be required from products:

  • water - 1.5 tbsp .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 3 tbsp. (approximately, maybe a little more);
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l

 

Cooking method:

  1. Boil water, pour into a bowl of breadmaker.
  2. Pour salt, flour into the water, beat the egg.
  3. Select the kneading mode for a yeast-free test, time - 15 minutes.
  4. When ready, put the dough in a bag of cellophane or wrap in cling film. Leave it on the table for 20 minutes, then you can start making dumplings.

With butter

Excellent dough, which is easy to work with, it will not stick. The taste of such dumplings is simply amazing, you must use this recipe at least once, and you just won’t cook another dough!

Ingredients:

  • water - 1 tbsp .;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • flour - 3 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. Fill oil with water and put on fire. After boiling, wait for the complete dissolution of the oil, pour salt in the prescribed amount, mix well, remove from the stove.
  2. In small portions, introduce the flour without stopping stirring. When it is no longer possible to interfere with the fork, lay the components on the flour dusted surface of the table or on the board.
  3. Knead the dough with your hands, slapping it on the table from time to time (just lift it 20-30 cm above the table and throw it down with a little effort).

As with all other recipes, be sure to let the test rest. This will take at least 15 minutes.

Stuffed dumplings with boiling water

For all the prescribed recipes, the choux dough for dumplings is elastic. But the basis proposed below will be even more obedient, resilient. This can be achieved by adding a little sunflower oil to the composition.

From the ingredients you need to prepare the following:

  • flour - 3 tbsp .;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 1 tbsp.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Bring the water to a boil, then dissolve the salt in it and add the oil.
  2. Pour half the flour into the water, mix, breaking the lumps.
  3. Beat the egg, quickly mix the dough so that the protein does not have time to curl. Add the rest of the flour, knead by hand.

Put the dough in a bag, remove for 30 minutes to rest.

A simple version with an egg

The easiest and fastest way to make dumplings in boiling water is this one. It will take a minimum of effort and time, and the result will surely please, an elastic dumpling dough amazing in quality and taste will be obtained.

Of the products, the following will be required:

  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 3 tbsp .;
  • water - 2/3 st .;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the water, dissolve the salt in it, introduce half the flour and stir quickly.
  2. Beat in eggs, stir again quickly.
  3. Put the remaining flour on the table, a mixture of eggs, flour and water in it. Knead the dough immediately with your hands, adding flour if necessary.
  4. When the mass becomes elastic, stops sticking to your hands, wrap it in a bag, let it rest for 15 minutes.
