  4. Pour the flour into a deep bowl with a small pot, make a deepening and pour the milk mixture into the hole.
  5. Mix thoroughly, add oil.
  6. Form one lump from the mass, wrap it with cling film and let rise.
  7. Remove the dough and mold a few tangerine-sized balls.
  8. In each bun, make a deepening for the filling.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese and vanilla and put the resulting mixture into the dimpled buns.

  1. In a separate bowl, combine the components for the dough, with the exception of flour.
  2. Sift the flour twice and put into the curd mass. Stir until a uniform lump forms.
  3. Wrap the ball in foil and send to the refrigerator to mix the ingredients.
  4. For the filling, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. To add flavor, add candied fruit, raisins or poppy seeds.
  5. Remove the mass from the refrigerator and make 12 identical balls.
  6. In each bun, make a deepening, where then fill the cooked filling.
  7. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees.

To prepare such baking, you do not need to have special culinary abilities, because even the most inexperienced housewife can cook cheesecakes according to this recipe.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • flour - 1 tbsp .;
  • frozen butter - 100 g;
  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • yolk - 1 pc.;
  • soda - 5 g;
  • salt;
  • vanillin.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • jam - a glass;
  • potato starch - 2 tsp.

Cooking:

  1. Sift flour, mix with vanilla.
  2. Remove the oil from the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater. Enter into flour.
