Classic Donut Dough

Donuts according to this recipe were prepared not only by many housewives, but also in most of the magnificent pies.

Make a classic dough from this set of products:

  • water - 300 ml;
  • fresh yeast - 15 g;
  • sugar - 50 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • butter - 25 g;
  • salt - 4 g;
  • flour - 500 g.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Prepare the dough: dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water, literally 5 g of sugar and an amount of flour sufficient to obtain a sour cream consistency. Leave the covered sponge warm for 20 minutes.
  2. Then add the egg, water, sugar, salt, soft butter and flour to the yeast mixture with a fork. You get a very soft and sticky dough.
  3. Form a ball with your hands dipped in vegetable oil and put in a greased bowl.
  4. Kneading should be suitable for one and a half hours. Then it must be carefully divided into pieces-balls, which still have to come up for 20 minutes. In the prepared workpieces, make holes in the center and fry in vegetable oil.

You will have to work with this test, constantly wetting your hands in oil, since it will stick to your palms, and you cannot hammer it with flour.

Donuts come in different shapes, but most often they look like a donut with a hole in the middle. Why is this hole? It is very simple - so that the dough is baked not only around the edges, but also in the middle.

Cooking on kefir

Kefir donuts are instant baked goods, since it takes no more than a quarter of an hour to manually knead the dough, and even less with kitchen gadgets.

Proportions of test ingredients:

  • kefir - 270 ml;
  • large egg - 1 pc.;
  • sugar - 25 g;
  • vanillin - 2 g;
  • soda - 6 g;
  • vegetable oil - 70 ml;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • flour - 350 g.

Knead as follows:

  1. Combine the egg, vanillin and kefir together and stir with a whisk until smooth. Continuing to whisk the mass with a whisk, introduce soda, vegetable oil and sugar.
  2. Mix flour with salt and sift twice through a sieve. Then add 1/3 of this mixture to the liquid component and stir with a whisk or spoon.
  3. As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, proceed to kneading with your hands, gradually adding flour.

So that the dough does not become steep, the last third of the loose mixture should be added literally on a tablespoon until the moment when the batch ceases to stick to your hands.

For maximum donut splendor, the temperature of the food is very important in this recipe. It should be room, so you need to get kefir and an egg from the refrigerator in advance.

How to make in milk

This milk dough is not only airy and weightless, but also very tasty. And if the finished baked goods are still covered with sugar or chocolate icing and decorated with sugar sprinkles, then the dessert will not be ashamed to serve even at the festive feast.

 

The composition of the batch includes:

  • milk heated to 40 ° C - 500 ml;
  • dry yeast - 18 g;
  • sugar - 80 g;
  • salt - 3.5 g;
  • chicken yolk - 3 pcs.;
  • soft butter - 50 g;
  • cognac or other aromatic alcohol - 50 ml;
  • vanillin - 2 g;
  • flour - 520 g.

Sequencing:

  1. Dissolve salt, sugar and yeast in half the recipe amount of milk. Then pouring flour, cook the dough according to the consistency as sour cream, which should be left warm for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining milk, other ingredients and flour to the dough. Leave the batch warm to rise.

  • water - 200 ml;
  • sugar - 40 g;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • flour - 325 g;
  • salt - 1.5 g.

The sequence of actions:

  1. In a bowl, combine 100 ml of water, the norm of yeast and sugar, 130 g of flour. Stir so that there are no lumps, and pour out the rest of the water. Place a bowl of dough over a saucepan in which boiling water is poured.
  2. After ten minutes, add 130 g of flour again, stir and return to the pan with the cook.
  3. After another 10 minutes, add the remaining flour into the dough and knead well. After, you can start forming and frying donuts.

The list of ingredients:

  • warm milk - 200 ml;
  • sugar - 60 g;
  • vegetable oil - 45 ml;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • flour - 350 g;
  • dry yeast - 10 g.

Cooking method:

  1. In the bucket of the bread machine, load the products in the following order: milk, butter, sugar and salt.Weigh the flour, sift and pour on top, and already dry yeast on it.
  2. Run the program for kneading yeast dough and wait for a sound signal about its completion. After this, you can proceed to the formation of products.

  • salt - 1.5;
  • vanillin - 2 g;
  • flour - 200 g.

Cooking:

  1. Combine the dairy product at room temperature with sugar, salt, egg, vanilla and soda. Shake the mixture with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Introduce the rate of flour into a liquid base and stir. The dough should turn out to be a consistency like a fritters flowing down with a wide ribbon from the shoulder blade.

  • baking powder for dough - 14 g;
  • salt - 2 g;
  • flour - 260 g.

Working process:

  1. Sift flour and combine with a baking powder for dough.
