Yeast dough for pizza in the bread maker

  • 300 g flour;
  • 35 g of sugar;

  6. When the bread machine finishes its work, we take out the dough, roll it out, but at the same time leave the sides at the edges. We pierce the center of the test with a fork so that it does not inflate.
  7. Add the filling and put in the oven.

Thin base for baking

Classic Italian pizza is thin, and in the center the thickness of the dough is only 2 millimeters. To make the thin base for baking the same, use the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g flour;
  • 250 ml of water;
  • 10 g of yeast;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 20 g of refined oil.

Cooking:

  1. Sift the flour through a special sieve.
  2. We heat the water to 80 degrees.
  3. In a separate container, mix water and oil, pour the contents into a bread machine.
  4. Pour flour into the oven, make a depression and add a pinch of salt and dry yeast into it.
  5. We turn on the necessary mode on the device and wait 90 minutes. Cooking time depends on the model and power of the bread maker.

Thin dough in the bread maker is ready. Upon completion, it remains only to roll it out in a thin layer. It’s best to do it with your hands, as experienced chefs do.

Do not forget to make sides. If in the center Italian pizza is very thin, then they should reach 6 centimeters. It is important that the filling does not fall out.

Cooking on kefir

Kefir dough has a great advantage - the whole filling used in the recipe is not just laid out on top of the dough, it is absorbed into the base, as a result, which makes the dish even tastier.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g flour;
  • 120 ml of kefir;
  • 120 ml of water;
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 tbsp. l soda;
  • 0.5 tbsp. l Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt.

Cooking:

  1. Sift the flour thoroughly. Better do it twice.
  2. We heat the water to 70 - 80 degrees. You can boil it and let cool to the required temperature.
  3. Pour all the ingredients into a bucket of a bread machine in the following order: water, kefir, flour, egg, sugar, salt, soda. Sprinkle soda not in one place, but on the entire surface of the test.
  4. We launch the appropriate mode on the device and wait.
  5. After the bread machine finishes its work, we roll out the dough, pierce it with a fork around the entire perimeter and form the sides.

Done! Kefir will allow the dough to rise, and soda in this case acts as a baking powder.

Lush Pizza Dough

Thin Italian pastry is, of course, delicious and healthy, but sometimes you really feel like lush, fragrant, truly home-made pizza right from the oven!

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of flour;
  • egg;
  • 200 ml of water;
  • 2 tbsp. l sour cream;
  • 60 g of vegetable oil;
  • salt;
  • 0.5 tsp soda.

Cooking:

  1. Sift the flour thoroughly.
  2. We heat the water, but do not boil it.
  3. Pour the flour into the bucket of the oven, add water, egg, sour cream, butter and at the very end - soda. Soda is scattered throughout the composition.
  4. We close the bread machine, set the necessary mode, wait an hour and a half.
  5. We get the finished dough, roll out.

Make sure that it does not turn out too thin, otherwise it will burst. We leave the sides with the edge, pierce with a fork over the entire surface so that the base does not swell, add the filling and send to the oven.

Pizza is baked in an oven, heated to 180 degrees, until the cheese is melted.

No yeast added

If yeast is contraindicated to you or you simply do not want to eat it, then this is not a reason to refuse such a treat as pizza. Now there are many test recipes without yeast. And one of them is right in front of you.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour;
  • 1 egg
  • 0.75 glasses of water;
  • 60 g butter ghee;
  • salt;
  • 20 g sour cream;
  • soda.

Cooking:

  1. Sift the flour twice.
  2. We fill all the ingredients in a bucket of the bread machine, set the necessary mode, wait for the end of cooking.
  3. We get the resulting dough, roll out, make the sides and lay out the filling.
  4. We send it to the oven for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  5. We get pizza, add seasonings to improve flavor.

Yeast-free dough is prepared very simply, this is a great option for those who make pizza for the first time.

Butter pizza

 

Fresh fancy billet will make any pizza unusually tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of wheat flour;
  • 15 g of dry yeast;
  • 150 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 25 g of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

Cooking:

  1. Sift the flour twice. So it will be saturated with oxygen and the dough will turn out more magnificent.
  2. We warm milk, but do not boil. It is preferable to do this in the microwave, rather than on gas. As a result, milk should look like fresh milk.
  3. Pour it into a bowl of breadmaker, pour flour into it.
  4. In the hill of flour we make a hole where we send dry yeast.
  5. Following them add vegetable oil.If not, you can use cream in the same amount. It only needs to be pre-melted.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and salt. It’s better to do it with a mixer - it’s faster and better.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the same pit of flour.
  8. You don’t have to mix anything, a bread maker will do it for us. Close the device, set the desired mode and wait until the dough is kneaded.

Milk Recipe

If there is a bottle of milk in the refrigerator, there is no yeast, and you really want to make pizza - it doesn’t matter! A milk-based recipe is just right for this.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g flour;
  • 120 ml of milk;
  • 1 tsp salts;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 20 g of vegetable oil;

Cooking:

  1. Sift the flour. In a separate bowl, mix it with salt.
  2. In the second bowl, beat the eggs, add the vegetable or melted butter and milk. Mix well.
  3. Pour flour and salt into a bucket of bread maker. Then, make a small depression in it to fill in the egg-milk mixture.
  4. Do not rush to close the bread maker. Let the ingredients stand for 15 minutes to soak the flour in the egg mixture.
  5. After the designated time has passed, close the bread maker, turn on the necessary mode and wait until the device kneads the dough.

Before rolling, take a clean kitchen towel, soak it so that it is slightly damp. Wrap the finished dough in this towel and leave for 20 minutes. Thanks to this, the base for pizza will roll out much easier.

Roll out the dough, make sides on the sides, pierce with a fork around the entire perimeter, add the filling and send to the oven.
