Yeast-free pizza dough

One of the easiest options for preparing the base for pizza is dough on water without yeast.

You will need:

  • wheat white flour - 500 g;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • finely ground salt - ½ tsp;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • fat-free kefir - 90 ml;
  • filtered water - 160 ml;
  • sugar sand - 1 tsp.

  1. Raw eggs are beaten in a bowl. They combine sugar, baking powder, kefir, salt, water. Beat everything together.
  2. Pre-sifted flour, gradually mixed with egg mixture. It turns out the dough with a slightly sticky structure.

With the addition of olive oil

You will need:

  • white flour from soft wheat varieties - 1000 g, or 800 g of wheat white flour plus 200 g of well-ground semolina (semolina flour from durum wheat);
  • filtered water - 650 ml;
  • brown sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • finely ground sea salt - 1 tsp;
  • dry yeast - 14 g (2 packets of 7 g);
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 4 tbsp. l

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Flour, sifted through a sieve, and salt are poured onto the surface of the desktop in the form of a "well" in the middle.
  2. Yeast with sugar, olive oil and 650 ml of slightly warm water are mixed in a container, set aside for a couple of minutes, then poured into a "well".
  3. Grabbing the bulk mixture from the bottom up, gradually mix the liquid with flour.So knead the dough until the products are evenly distributed and an elastic consistency is obtained.
  4. Put a ball of dough into the bowl and sprinkle it with flour a little. Cover the bowl with slightly dampened woven napkins and set aside in a warm place for about an hour, until the mass becomes 2 times more voluminous.

  • premium wheat flour - 300 g;
  • filtered water - 200 ml;
  • table salt - ½ tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • dry yeast - 20 g;

  5. Leave at a temperature of 26-30 ° C for about 1.5 hours. It should increase in size.

Gingerbread Pizza Recipe

You will need:

  • filtered water - 100 ml;
  • whole milk - 150 ml;
  • dry yeast - 1 packet;
  • natural honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • olive or any vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • finely ground salt 1/3 tsp;
  • premium wheat flour - 500 g.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Heat milk with water to a slightly warm state. Stir yeast and honey in a liquid, insist for about 10-15 minutes, and bubbles appear on the surface during this time.
  2. As soon as fermentation appears on the mixture with water and milk, wheat flour, previously sifted, salt is poured, olive oil is added.
  3. The mass is kneaded, then a ball is rolled from it and greased from above with oil. Cover with woven napkins and set aside for a while to rise in the warmth.
  4. After 30-40 minutes the mass will rise enough and be ready for further use. They crush it again, divide it into several parts and roll it out.

Advice! If you want pizza to be more magnificent, after rolling the blanks, leave them to rest under the film for another 7-10 minutes.
