As in any business, there are several subtleties in the process of preparing fritters. Try to take them into account when mixing dough and frying, and the end result will pleasantly surprise your loved ones, and first of all you!

  1. Make it a rule when working with any dough to knead it from components of the same temperature - room temperature. So, in advance, remove eggs and dairy products from the refrigerator.
