  2. Tomato paste can be replaced with Krasnodar sauce or ketchup, but in this case less seasoning is needed.

  • water - 200 ml.

Stages of preparation:

  1. Grind onions and garlic, mix with minced meat.
  2. Add the egg, parsley, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  3. From the meat mass, form balls with a diameter of 6-7 cm. Fry them in a frying pan in preheated vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, so that they grasp well.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing tomato paste and water.
  5. Add gravy to meatballs, let it boil and reduce heat to a minimum.
  6. Cover the pan and simmer for 25-30 minutes, periodically turning them over.

If you plan to bake a dish in the oven, in a refractory form you need to put round billets of raw minced meat at a short distance from each other, pour the sauce brought to a boil and send in a baking oven heated to 180 ° C for 40 minutes. So that the gravy does not burn, the form must be covered with foil.
