  2. Stuffing the minced meat, send a raw egg to it, rice. Chop one onion (it is convenient to use a grater for this), garlic is passed through a press.
  3. Combine with meat mass. Salt, pour pepper, again carefully mix.
  4. Form balls from minced meat. Fry them until they are rosy, pre-roll in flour.
  5. The remaining onion is cut into small pieces, rubbed carrots coarsely and mixed in a separate plate. Attach sour cream, slightly diluted with water. Slightly salt the sauce, season with spices.
  6. Place meatballs in a deep pan / pan and cover with sauce. Stew for 20 minutes under a closed lid.

  3. Pieces of chicken and onion are passed through a meat grinder. Attached to them is squeezed garlic, an egg. There they put rice, herbs, mushrooms, cheese. Thoroughly knead, pre-salted, seasoned with spices.
  4. In another bowl, combine sour cream, tomato paste. Dilute with water (about 100 ml). The sauce is slightly salted, pepper.
  5. The heat-resistant form is covered with baking paper or oil is used.
  6. Formed balls are laid out in a mold. Pour the sauce. The container is closed with a lid (foil) and kept in the oven for 1 hour at 180 ° C.
