White Tantra Yoga is based on the theory that reality has length, width and structure. Its structure is measured by tantra. In this system, the White Tantra uses diagonal Z-energy, which is responsible for the development of the soul. It is directed to the earth and sky, to our roots, to the present and future.

In the West, this direction became known thanks to the Master of Kundalini Yoga Bhajan, who is also called the Master of Yoga of the White Tantra. He was the first to teach doctrine to thousands of students around the world, although previously knowledge and energy were transmitted exclusively from teacher to student. Until 1986, the Master himself attended the seminars, then he began to transfer knowledge through video recordings.

Red

The practice of the Red Tantra is aimed at satisfying a physical desire. Energy is directed to the implementation of the immediate sexual needs of a person and is not associated with the exaltation of the soul. During the sessions, not only meditation and exercises are allowed, but also touching each other, including sexual intercourse.

Black

The Black Tantra is the exact opposite of the White. With its help, the practitioner gains the ability to manipulate other people for his own purposes, and her meaning is adultery and debauchery. Black Tantra students do not meditate in pair or group.

Exercises in bed for beginners

At the beginning of Tantra yoga, you can practice some exercises in bed alone or with a partner.

  1. Strengthening the muscles of the anal sphincter
