Grate the carrots with the smallest cells, fry until golden brown. It will not be visible in the soup, but it will get a beautiful shade and a pleasant aroma.

By this time, the potatoes were almost boiled, so we add the stewed carrots to it and immediately - the shrimp. Add salt and once again bring the almost finished dish to a boil. Add greens, mix and cook for another three minutes.

Let the food infuse for half an hour under the lid, and you can start dinner.

Cooking with mushrooms

It may seem that seafood and mushrooms are not the best combination. But do not brush it off, try to cook cheese soup with shrimp and mushrooms. Most likely, you will want to cook it again and again.
