Many years ago, the French physician Pierre Ducant developed a special diet for people who want to lose weight. His nutrition complex is based on protein foods, as well as a ban on the use of foods with a high content of fats and carbohydrates. Cheesecakes according to Ducan - this is a dish that can be prepared at almost any stage of the diet, without fear for the consequences.

Classic cheesecakes and diet

The already famous Ducan diet includes four main stages: attack, cruise (alternation), consolidation and stabilization. In addition to physical activity, each of them must comply with certain nutritional rules. Here you do not have to starve yourself, but, on the contrary, you can eat tasty and quite varied. It is only necessary to cook certain dishes. For example, you can make original cheesecakes according to Ducane.

For the classic version of this dish you will need:

  • 200 g of cottage cheese (low fat content);
  • 60-80 g of oat bran;
  • 5 g of baking powder;
  • 2 raw eggs;
  • a bit of sweetener.

To properly prepare diet cheesecakes, you must:

  1. Prepare each of the five products used for work. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Beat eggs well with a whisk. Grind bran (slightly larger than flour). Dilute the sweetener in water (or crush it into powder).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese with the eggs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Introduce a sweetener, and then fill in bran mixed with a baking powder. Mix everything again. If the mass turns out to be liquidish, then bran can be taken more.
  4. Form cheesecakes with a spoon.
  5. Roll them in bran.
  6. Put the blanks on the dish and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes.

Cheesecakes prepared according to this recipe will be a good option for a light and hearty breakfast.

Cheesecakes according to Ducan from cottage cheese

To make tasty and necessarily useful cottage cheese pancakes according to Ducane, the recipe can be slightly supplemented and taken for work:

  • 180-190 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 20 g of wheat bran;
  • 30 g of oat bran;
  • 2 eggs;
  • sweetener (based on 25 g of sugar);
  • 30 g of corn starch;
  • 15-17 g of olive oil.

 

It is necessary to prepare such a dish in stages:

  1. Pour dry ingredients into a clean deep dish (both types of bran, starch, crushed sugar substitute) and mix it all.
  2. Drive eggs. You can work with an ordinary tablespoon.
  3. Introduce cottage cheese. Mix thoroughly, trying to evenly distribute all the ingredients.
  4. Heat the pan and drizzle with oil. To do this, you can use a special device. It has a spray bottle that does not pour out, but sprays the oil and a small amount of it falls into the pan already in the form of a spray.
  5. Put the workpiece with a spoon.
  6. Fry under the lid for 8-10 minutes on low heat.

This option with corn starch is suitable for any stage of the diet. Along with frying, the syrniki are slightly steamed. The result is an excellent diet dessert.

Attack Recipe

The first stage of the Ducan diet is called an “attack”. It is the shortest (from 1 to 10 days), but at the same time quite difficult and as active as possible. It is at this time that the body begins to struggle with extra pounds. Food should be hearty and low in calories. Alternatively, you can make excellent cheesecakes according to Dukan for the “attack”.

You will need the following set of products:

  • 150 g fat-free cottage cheese;
  • 1-2 g of baking powder and the same amount of any sweetener;
  • 25 g of oat bran;
  • salt;
  • egg (protein);
  • vanillin;
  • 40 ml low-fat kefir.

Such cheesecakes are prepared simply and quickly:

  1. Beat the egg white with salt in a foam.
  2. Separately bran pour kefir, and mix the cottage cheese with vanilla, sweetener and baking powder. Then combine both masses.
  3. Gently inject the whipped protein in small portions.
  4. Let the finished dough stand for a while, and then shift it into small molds, filling the free space by about two-thirds.
  5. Put them in the bowl of the multicooker and set the “baking” mode. Cook for 40 minutes.

It turns out lush and unusually tasty cheesecakes. It is easy to get enough of them, and the dietary composition of the finished product will control your appetite and will not allow you to gain excess weight.

Curd cakes without bran

Bran is one of the main components of the Ducan diet.

 

They improve the digestive tract, which is especially important when a person changes their nutrition plan. In addition, bran helps lower cholesterol, which improves blood vessels and eliminates the risk of various heart diseases. But at the later stages of the diet, the use of this product is reduced to the minimum doses (20-50 g per day), so it is quite possible to make cheesecakes without bran.

  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 180 g of cottage cheese;
  • 2 g of sugar substitute;
  • lemon zest.

The dish is prepared in two stages:

  1. All ingredients are simply collected in a bowl and mixed thoroughly.
  2. The mass is not so thick to sculpt the workpiece in the usual way, so the dough will have to be poured into molds. This is one of the options for lazy cheesecakes according to Ducan. Now you need to lay out the dough in silicone molds and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

All this simple process takes no more than half an hour. The result of such efforts will be a spicy dessert, which absolutely does not harm the figure.

Oven in the oven

Any, even the most delicious dishes become boring over time, and it is becoming increasingly difficult to follow a diet in such conditions every day. In order to somehow diversify your diet, you can make a real chocolate treat from ordinary cheesecakes.

Products for this will need the simplest:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 150 g of cottage cheese;
  • sugar substitute (to taste);
  • 8-10 g of cocoa powder.

Even a child can make cheesecakes according to such a recipe.

Everything is simple here:

  1. We collect all the components together according to the recipe and mix them thoroughly. The mass should be as uniform as possible.
  2. Turn on the oven. It should warm up to 180-190 degrees.
  3. Set the molds on a baking sheet and send them to the hot chamber.
  4. Cooking cheese cakes in the oven for 20 minutes.

When the molds have cooled slightly, they can be turned over. Chocolate dessert for tea is ready!

Steamed with milk

At the last stages of the diet, milk can be included in the cheesecake recipe. Usually it is a dry fat-free product, which, together with starch in the absence of bran, performs a binding function.

To make such cheesecakes in home cooking conditions, you need to take:

  • 50 g of cottage cheese (soft);
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g of starch and COM (skim milk);
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 5 g of baking powder.

Cooking Method:

  1. Grind cottage cheese with eggs. The mass can be whipped a little.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients (starch, baking powder and milk powder).
  3. Gradually add to them the curd and egg mass. Mix thoroughly and let the dough stand for 15 minutes. During this time, the COM will swell and the mass will slightly compact.
  4. Blind oval-shaped blanks with wet hands. Lay them on the grate of a double boiler.
  5. Cook 20 minutes after boiling water.

It turns out gentle and very magnificent cheesecakes with milk. Steaming eliminates the possibility of any fats getting into finished products, that is, the basic principle of the Ducane diet is respected.
