  • poppy - 100 g;
  • wheat flour (whole grain) - 100 g;
  • squirrels from 5 eggs;

  • cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;

  • cottage cheese - 1 pack;
  • sour cream - 1⁄4 cup;
  • semolina - half a glass;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt - on the tip of a knife;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l

Cooking method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients, you can do this with a blender or food processor.
  2. Ready-made dough to form balls or cakes. Silicone molds may be used.
  3. Lubricate the bowl or lattice (if you are cooking in a slow cooker) with oil and lay out the workpieces.
  4. Cooking time is 20 minutes.

The dough can be supplemented with pieces of fruit or your favorite berries. Melted chocolate, honey, jam or sour cream is served with cheesecakes.

It happens that at the very last moment it may turn out that there is no necessary ingredient. And often it’s the eggs. For cheesecakes this is not a problem. They can be perfectly cooked without eggs.

  • semolina, flour - 100 g each;
  • granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l

To cook steam cheesecakes without eggs you need:

  1. Grind cottage cheese in a deep bowl with sugar, add flour and semolina here.
  2. Mix the mass thoroughly, give the cheesecakes a shape and cook in a double boiler for about 10 minutes.

Such cheesecakes taste like lazy dumplings, so it is recommended to serve them with sour cream.
