Pork produces very rich nutritious soups. They will be especially liked by the male half of the family, which usually prefers meat rather than vegetables or seafood. The best recipes for pork soup are published below.

Pea soup with pork

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo pork ribs;
  • 3 peeled potatoes;
  • 1 tbsp. dry peas;
  • 1 pc. carrots and onions;
  • salt and vegetable oil.

Cooking:

  1. Soak the peas in cold water overnight. If there is no such amount of time, then at least 2 hours. This will speed up the cooking process of the product.
  2. Rinse the ribs, pour 2 liters of clean water and send to boil.
  3. Pour the washed peas into the already boiling broth.
  4. After half an hour, add to the soup a fry of onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
  5. After another 10 minutes, add small cubes of potatoes and salt.

Cook pea soup with pork until all ingredients are cooked. Before serving to the table, cut the meat from the bones and return it back to the pan.

A simple recipe with potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of pork pulp;
  • 1 tbsp. fry from onions and carrots;
  • 1 tbsp. diced raw potatoes;
  • salt and spices;
  • greenery.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and pour 2.5 liters of water. Send to cook until tender.
  2. After 25 minutes, add potatoes to it, and after another 10 - roast.
  3. Cook the treat until soft potatoes. Shortly before the soup is ready to salt and add spices.

Serve potato soup for dinner with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Cooking in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of pork;
  • 250 g chopped dry peas;
  • potatoes, onions and carrots (quantity - to taste);
  • vegetable oil for frying vegetables;
  • salt and universal seasoning for soup.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the swollen peas left in the water.
  2. Pour oil into the bowl of the device, add pieces of meat and cook pork in the baking mode for 20 - 25 minutes.
  3. Add chopped vegetables (onions and carrots) there. Fry for another 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Add potato cubes, washed peas, salt and a universal seasoning. Lavrushka can also be used to taste.
  5. Pour food to the top of the bowl.

We cook in a slow cooker soup with pork and peas for 60 - 70 minutes with a closed lid.

Buckwheat Soup with Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 liters of filtered water;
  • 350 g of pork pulp;
  • ½ tbsp Buckwheat
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • salt, vegetable oil and fresh herbs.

Cooking:

  1. Cook the broth from slices of pork pulp, salted water and parsley.
  2. When the meat is almost cooked, pour the washed grains and the same sized pieces of potatoes to it.
  3. After 15 - 17 minutes, send the grated carrot to the pan and add salt.

Cooking buckwheat soup with pork for another 6 - 7 minutes. Then remove from the stove, sprinkle with fresh herbs and leave to infuse.

How to cook with rice

Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo pork;
  • 70 g of dry long rice;
  • ½ tbsp pasta from tomatoes;
  • 2 onion heads and as many raw carrots;
  • 2 - 5 pcs. potatoes;
  • fresh garlic;
  • salt and spices.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the pork with a whole piece, add water and send to cook. As soon as the liquid boils, remove foam from its surface. Add salt and spices immediately.
  2. After 10 minutes, pour potato sticks into the soup. The amount of this vegetable depends on the taste of homemade. The more potatoes used, the thicker the treat.
  3. After the vegetable, send the washed rice to the soup.
  4. Fry chopped onions and carrots in a small skillet. To already golden vegetables add tomato paste. Stew the ingredients together for 8 to 9 minutes.
  5. Transfer the contents of the pan to the finished rice and potatoes.

Cook the treat for another 6 to 7 minutes. If necessary, add and serve with sour cream.

Mushroom first course

Ingredients:

  • ½ tbsp chopped onions and carrots;
  • 550 g boneless pork;
  • 3 potatoes;
  • 150 g of pre-boiled and frozen forest mushrooms;
  • ½ sweet bell pepper;
  • 40 g celery root;
  • sunflower oil;
  • 2 pcs. Tomatoes
  • table salt and spices to taste (required - ground paprika).

Cooking:

  1. Fry slices of pork in a deep skillet until a crust appears.
  2. When the meat is browned, send all vegetables to it, if necessary, peeled and diced in small cubes.
  3. To the ready-made vegetables, shift the thawed mushrooms. Fry the ingredients together for another 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Transfer the contents of the pan to a pan with boiled water (1.5 - 2 L).
  5. Salt, add dried vegetables and spices, add celery root. From the already prepared soup, it will need to be removed.

Boil the dish until all ingredients are cooked. Serve with croutons of wheat and / or rye bread.

Pork Cheese Soup

Ingredients:

  • 750 g of pork on the bone;
  • 350 g of classic cream cheese (without any additives);
  • 4 to 5 potatoes;
  • onion and carrot;
  • butter and sunflower oil;
  • salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Pour meat on the bone with 2 liters of water. Immediately add salt, pepper and cook for about 2 hours.
  2. Extract the prepared meat and cut it off the bone. Strain the broth and return to it small pieces of pork. Pour a small portion of the broth.
  3. Wait for the base for the future cheese soup to boil, and then send the potatoes, peeled, washed and chopped in very small pieces, into it.
  4. Dissolve the processed cheese in the previously cast broth. To speed up the process, you need to cut the cheese into small pieces. Pour the mixture into a common pot.
  5. From the onions and carrots, cook a roasty fry and immediately send it hot in soup.
  6. Cook the dish a couple more minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Give the cheese soup a little insist under the lid, and then serve it for dinner with homemade soft bread.

Cooking option with beans

Ingredients:

  • 450 g of dry white beans;
  • ½ kilo pork ribs;
  • 150 g of tomato paste;
  • 1 onion and carrot;
  • 3 pcs. cloves;
  • garlic at will;
  • 5 pieces. cardamom;
  • salt and dry french herbs.

Cooking:

  1. Pour the beans in advance with water. If possible, then leave it all night. During this time, the beans will increase in size by about 2 times. Drain, rinse the beans with cold water.
  2. Send the grains to boil along with the pork ribs until the ingredients are ready.
  3. Fry the onions with carrots and, together with all the spices, tomato paste and salt, send the vegetables to the broth.
  4. Cook this tasty soup for another quarter hour, then cover the treat with a lid and let it brew for 20 minutes.

A simple recipe with vermicelli

Ingredients:

  • 350 g of pork belly;
  • 100 g of fine vermicelli;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 1 onion head;
  • 2 pcs. Tomatoes
  • vegetable oil, salt and parsley.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the washed pork into miniature slices, put them in a pan, add water and cook until boiling. Constantly removing the foam that appears on the surface of the liquid, cook the meat for about an hour.
  2. Peel potatoes and chop into cubes. Also cut the peeled tomatoes and onions.
  3. Immediately send the potatoes to the meat broth, and first put out the other vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil, stirring frequently for 6 to 7 minutes. Transfer the resulting bright mass to the soup.
  4. When the potato slices become soft, add vermicelli, salt and greens to them.

Cook this simple and tasty first dish for another 5 - 6 minutes, after which immediately pour into roomy bowls and serve.

Pork Kharcho Soup

Ingredients:

  • 450 g boneless pork;
  • 5 to 7 garlic cloves;
  • 1 stalk of celery;
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley;
  • 3 white onions;
  • 1 chilli pod;
  • 1 tbsp. canned tomatoes;
  • 1 tbsp. long rice;
  • 1 tbsp. pasta from tomatoes;
  • salt and olive oil.

Cooking:

  1. Pour large pieces of meat with water and send to boil with 1 peeled onion and celery. Stew the broth until soft pork.
  2. Fry the remaining onion in olive oil until transparent and add all the chopped garlic to it. When all the ingredients are browned, transfer them to the broth.
  3. Rice, canned peeled tomatoes, pasta and finely chopped chili are sent there.
  4. Salt the soup and cook for another 17 to 20 minutes over medium heat.

Serve with fresh parsley for dinner.

The most rich pork soups are obtained if you use meat with bone. Especially tasty dishes can be cooked on smoked ribs. But raw meat pulp without large veins of fat is also suitable.
