Soup with sausages is not a frequent guest at our tables. And it’s very vain, because it is prepared very simply, it is hearty, aromatic and ideal for lunch.

Simple and quick sausage soup

  • three potatoes;

  4. When the boiling process starts again, we fall asleep pasta and cook them for a couple of minutes. Add the frying of onions and sausages.
  5. We continue to cook the potatoes until soft, then remove the soup from the stove and immediately pour on the plates.

Pea first course

Pea soup with sausages will add variety to the usual menu.

For the dish, take only quality sausages.

Required Products:

  • 400 grams of potato;
  • five sausages;
  • spices to your taste;
  • a glass of peas;
  • one onion;
  • greenery;
  • 50 milliliters of vegetable oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour the peas with water and leave for two hours to make it softer.
  2. Then we thoroughly wash it, place it in a pan, cover with water and cook until tender.

  4. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them on the peas when it is almost cooked. We send onions there.
  5. Keep the soup on the stove for about 20 minutes, add sausages and chopped greens. Season the dish with spices and keep for another five minutes on fire. After this time, the first can be served.

Italian Sausage Soup

According to this recipe, a very tasty Italian soup is obtained.

  • 200 grams of canned corn;
  • spices to your taste;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 600 grams of canned tomato;
  • 400 grams of sausages;
  • 150 grams of pasta.

Cooking process:

  1. Fry sausages in a saucepan until golden brown, then remove them into another container.
  2. We put chopped onions in a saucepan and bring to a brown color in oil. Add crushed garlic and hold for a while more on the stove. We spread tomatoes to it and slightly knead them with a fork.
  3. Pour the contents of the pan with water or broth and cook for about 25 minutes.
  4. Then we fall asleep beans, sausages and pasta, which were boiled in advance almost until ready. We cook the dish for a couple of minutes and serve.

Solyanka with sausages

Solyanka soup with sausages is a variation of the famous dish, but in a simplified version. Which, however, turns out no worse.

Required Products:

  • onion and carrot;
  • half a lemon;
  • 100 grams of pitted olives;
  • 200 grams of sausages;
  • two potatoes;
  • two tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • five gherkins;
  • spices to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour the necessary amount of water into the pan, set it to warm and bring to a boil.
  2. After that, we dip the peeled and diced potatoes, as well as the sausages crushed and fried in a pan.
  3. Turn the onion into small squares, grind the carrots. We spread the vegetables in a pan, add tomato paste and simmer for about seven minutes on low heat.
  4. The resulting mixture is added to the soup.
  5. Cucumbers and olives are also chopped smaller and fall asleep to the rest of the ingredients. We cut a couple of transparent slices from a lemon and send it after other products.
  6. Season the soup with spices if desired, cover with a lid and bring to readiness for 15 minutes under the lid over low heat.

Bean Recipe

Required Products:

  • one onion;
  • two potatoes;
  • 300 grams of red canned beans;
  • spices as desired;
  • 200 grams of sausages;
  • carrot;
  • two cloves of garlic.

Cooking process:

  1. We put a pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil and add chopped potatoes and garlic. Cook over medium heat for about seven minutes.
  2. In the pan, place the onions in cubes, grated carrots and pieces of sausages. Fry everything until golden brown, and then send to the pan and cook for five minutes.
  3. Season the dish with spices, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Pour the indicated amount of beans and cook the soup for another couple of minutes. After this time we serve a dish with pickles and fresh bread.

Cooking in a slow cooker

Required Products:

  • onion and carrot;
  • 200 grams of sausages;
  • fresh herbs and spices to taste;
  • two potatoes.

Cooking process:

  1. We turn on the device in the “Baking” mode for 20 minutes. Pour a little vegetable oil to the bottom of the bowl, put the chopped onion and grated carrot there. Fry vegetables a couple of minutes until golden brown.
  2. There we add the potatoes, cut into slices or cubes, mix everything and pour hot water.
  3. We put any spices to our taste and sausages, pre-cut into slices convenient for use.
  4. When the boiling process starts, we change the program to "Stew", set the time for 20 minutes and bring the soup to readiness. Then let it brew for another 15 minutes and serve with chopped herbs.

Sausage Cheese Soup

Cheese soup with sausages - a very interesting recipe with a creamy taste.

Required Products:

  • 300 grams of sausages;
  • two processed cheeses;
  • 500 grams of potatoes;
  • spices to your liking;
  • carrot and onion.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour the right amount of water into the pan, put the container on the stove and bring to a boil.
  2. As soon as the liquid boils, add spices, diced potatoes and onions with carrots. The latter must be pre-chopped and fried in a pan with a small amount of oil until golden and soft.
  3. Cooking the soup for about 20 minutes. At this time, we cut the sausages into round pieces, and grind the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. When the potatoes become soft, we send cheese and sausages to the soup. Mix it well and cook for another five minutes. Hearty first course ready to serve!
